Terrible Stay

I have booked hotel with Breakfast and Dinner and I received call from the hotel on 8:30 pm Chef is not available for you have to take dinner outside, i was travelling with family and two child ( both are 2 years old) so don’t book this hotel. Don’t waste your money

Hi Vishal, I just want to clear this up for everyone reading — Before you arrived, I informed you clearly that our chef wasn’t available and suggested you cancel for a full refund so you could pick another place with food service. You still chose to come and checked in late at night (around 10:30 PM). I have all the call records. Banjara House is a homestay, not a full-service hotel — so sometimes services are limited, but I always share this honestly with guests in advance. It’s unfair to blame the stay for something you were told about beforehand. I always try to give genuine info so people can decide what’s best for them. Anyway, thank you for staying with us.
