The property stay was comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were very clean. The dinner was yummy. Had chicken curry, Cauliflower sabzi along with rice and chapathi. The staff were friendly. Overall the stay was good.

The accommodation at Baya Resorts was clean and well maintained — I would rate the cleanliness a solid 4 stars. However, the overall experience was quite poor. There is no in-house restaurant or room service, which made our stay very inconvenient. We had to rely entirely on Zomato, and the food consistently took 40–45 minutes to arrive because it comes from far away. This was especially challenging as we were travelling with a child who could not be kept waiting for meals. For a property calling itself a resort, the lack of basic dining facilities is very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they improve their food and service options.

Awesome stay at baya farms...everything was so much personalized and looked upon...tasty breakfast served with special gesture ...clean swimming pool and neat and clean and much spacious rooms with clean washroom...everything was great at the baya farms and resort..staff was also very helpfull and never said no to anything asked..just awesome

We stayed here for my friend’s bachelorette party and had an amazing time! 💕 The pool was big with crystal clear water, and the rooms & washrooms were super spacious. The property is very well-maintained, with a great vibe in the common area where we enjoyed breakfast. The host was so nice and well-spoken, and they truly made us feel welcome. Loved that they offer multiple stay options – from luxury rooms to 3BHK and 6BHK pool villas. Highly recommend this place! ✨

The rooms did not have a TV, having a TV would have been great. If the meal is not selected while Booking, there is no option to add it later on and they don't have enough kitchen capacity to order food separately.

Poor management, staff behaviour was very rude they came knocking at door for check out process ,booked break fast was served very late after followup with very limited quantity. Rooms and washroom was spacious but no Television. overall stay was ok,

property is newely renovated and stay was good. No TV, so keep yourself occupied with your loved ones. Breakfast was ok with 2 or 3 options only. price could've been a little on lower side for making it more value 4 money but booked for sat and expected higher price. you can give it a try.

Overall, the experience was not that great. The swimming pool was not cleaned properly before our arrival, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was a damp, rainy smell inside the rooms that made the stay uncomfortable.

I was searching Good Stay in the Greenery in nature and I found Baya Resort and Homes they give me beautiful stay in precious clean and hygienic Rooms they Provide huge clean swimming Pool they give best Hospitality and I loved it . Everything is Neat and Clean . We Do lots of enjoy . propperty Owner also Polite and Staff Members Ms Aditi She Give proper Hospitality She's very Helpful and Kind

There was absolutely no hospitality provided. It was me and my friend and went there for friend’s birthday and ended having the worst experiences of our lives. Firstly we had a late check-in. This was a 2week prior booked trip and still our rooms were not ready. We didn’t created a scene and waited for half an hour in the messed lobby where coffee tissue papers were spilled and thrown and there were so many flies lingering onto all this. We still kept our calm. The next day these people had the audacity to call us at 10:30 to ask us to vacant at 11 and i told them that there was an late check in. The caretaker agreed to extend the checkout until 11:30 but at 11:15 exactly our power and water supply was cut down. As soon as i called her lights and water came back immediately but they lied that there was some issue. Bullshit hospitality and service. The night was terrible, the lights were blinking for straight 2 hours from 10pm to 1pm.

The pool was clean , breakfast was good. The staff service was fine, could be better. Rooms amenities were inconsistent with no wardrobe mirror or a side table in one bedroom whereas another bed room was huge

The property is very easily accessible The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful would love to visit again

Service is not upto the mark . No kettles were there in rooms. got after getting couple of times. luggage pickup service was also bad.

Good experience. Venue has only one speaker so that's a downer and also pretty stiff beds.
