It was good experience in staying.Staffs are very good in behaviour. It will be better if room cleaning was done one time in a day.

Laundry services listed as available. when requested for Laundry initially i was denied and later was informed that it may take more than 3 days. bathroom - the knob missing for the shower tab, on informing the same to the staff he mentioned its warm and hot water will not be needed.

no hot water .. no tv ... no cleaniness... even dustbin is not there... if we aks for room service he said abhi koi jarurat nhi hai raat ko ..

It’s located in crowded place. It’s costly for the value they are providing. No parking facility. TV is not working. But AC and Geyser working. Staff behaviour is good. Staffs are cooperative.

It was comfortable stay, the rooms were clean and maintained and the care taker was too cooperative and helpful. I would love to rate him 5 for his cooperation.

Very nearby to Jagannath Temple just 10 minutes walkable, room is very clean, service is very good.

Wifi was weak in the facility even when I was on the ground floor, no cold water to drink . The room was nice but the cupboard was smelly.Staff was nice and welcoming.

Hotel stuff behaviour is very good. location wise it is nearest to jagannath temple and 15 minutes walking distance from sea beach.

The place was quite good and the best thing was its location as most of the places were easily accessible.

Bhagirathi palace guest house is far from the beach. So very much problematic. There was load shedding and current off.

Reaching to this hotel from either railway station or bus stand is almost impossible. no local autos will take you as it is located in a very very deep pocket of a narrow lane that comes after crossing several narrow lanes. I booked for 2 nights and vacated after one night. Rooms are not clean. while booking there is a lot of deception about the description. They say it's very near to Jagannath temple, however, it's only for those who reside in those narrow lanes. almost each house is a lodging in the 20 around lanes. All these depend on online booking and people coming from far off places ruin their trip. If you want to enjoy Puri trip take any hotel in front of the sea.

Cleanliness was below average with a stained toilet seat. Hotel staff was not much helpful. They are money hungry and does not accommodate any request. No mineral water bottle is available even on payment. AC is so bad that it hardly cools the room even when it is showing 16 degrees. Overall VERY BAD experience.
