Not worth the price

We were 6 people and had stayed for a day at the hotel cons 1. Seepage in walls. 2. Rooms were not clean. 3. The actual room differ from the one mentioned in the default pic. 4. Bathroom was dirty. 5. Rooms are in the basement with no windows. 6. Toilet seat was broken when we checked in which was fixed only after we informed about it at reception. 7. Cleaning staff was not upto the mark. Pros 1. We managed to get early check in. 2. Manager - mr. Rana was cooperative and got the toilet seat fixed soon after we pointed out that it was broken.
