I had a great stay at this hotel! The food was delicious. The staff were absolutely wonderful—very friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Would definitely recommend!

located at a beautiful location. Rooms are cozy and charming. we had an attic attached. Kids enjoyed staying there. The food menu is limited but food is very good. staffs are very courteous and friendly. overall very nice stay

The place is outstanding. Very well managed and the best staff I have seen in any Villas that I have stayed! They make you feel very welcome right from the moment you step in the property. They are polite, courteous, always willing to do extra for the guests! Highly recommended!!

Coffee at Bluebook Café: • As coffee enthusiasts, we found the coffee disappointing. • Improvement in the quality would enhance the overall experience. It was my second visit to this wonderful place. I had earlier visited when it was called two chimneys back in 2014. Since i had read tejpal's alchemy of desire, the place already existed in my imagination much before i arrived there. For the uninitiated, this place is owned by tarun tejpal and the earlier history of this place as well as its rediscovery can be found out in his book the alchemy of desire. There are very few places which draw you in and leave you breathless at first sight. This is one such place for me. I revisited it recently when it's now called blue book with my family and was once again enamored by its splendour. I know i am writing a lot of praise and not really explaining the place to you. Well, i don't want you to be robbed off by its first impression on you, quite like that movie which is once seen for the first time can never be unseen for the first time. The hospitality of the staff lead by mohanan is unmatched. Whatever you want shall be made available in minutes. Do yourself a favour, and book it.

Confused staff, no water upon check in, owners non courteous, no parking, haphazard rooms, low ceiling almost claustrophobic

It’s more like a peaceful home stay. Property is good but the facilities are in working condition. Pool is not taken care of and closed .. no other facilities… and staff are less one man runs for everything
