Awesome experience. Food, hospitality and view. All excellent location. A bit far from market place or overcrowded hotels. So somebody who loves serene ambience. Like me. It's the perfect place to peep into. Manager piyush is very supportive and and caring. Really a beautiful experience

Bit far from city. Room was very small but kanchanjangha view was good. Over all average stay in monsoon.

I travel-led to pelling with family this week and amid-st the peak season of traveling to the mountains, mm t was the only possible way of finding an ideal residence. I booked the hotel on the day of my arrival itself where it was mentioned that it's situated in lower pelling, which quite obviously didn't reveal its actual location. Hence, we took the assistance of g-maps. However as unexpected, the hotel was situated quite far from actual lower pelling, away from the main city, and we had to descend all the way to from the hill (for around 2kms) through a road with very bad conditions (off-road to be precise) in order to reach our destination. Thus, if its rated on the basis of location, i would give a 1/5 for this. Apart from location, there were no other major issues regarding food (to be paid separately if only lodging is booked, as was in our case, amenities etc. Room service wad excellent and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. Regarding rooms, the room in our case was fine, except for a few patches on the wall and a malfunctioning washroom door (unable to lock) and a good view of the great white peaks of kanchenzonga from the window balcony.

Very dirty rooms, rooms are damaged, bathroom are bed smelling, looks like 1 star hotel, no one is care about you
