Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended for Families

We booked two Super Deluxe rooms at Blue Pine Resort through MakeMyTrip, expecting a comfortable vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but relaxing. We checked in well before time, but were allotted rooms in terrible condition: • The door knob was missing, and when we asked for it to be fixed, it took forever. We were here to enjoy a holiday, not get involved in property maintenance. • The rooms had a strong, unbearable sewage smell—like raw drain water. I’m pregnant and extremely sensitive to smells, and this made the stay physically distressing. • When we complained, the staff casually suggested we “open the balcony door” as a solution. They also promised to bring room freshener, which never arrived. • The sewage smell persisted throughout our stay, making it impossible to relax or even sit comfortably in the room. • There was visible sewage water leaking from walls and pooling outside the rooms. To make things worse: • When we asked for snacks, we were told the kitchen is closed, and we should order from their other property, Alpine. • Customer service was horrible. The two front desk receptionists were rude and completely unprofessional—especially the heavyset male staff member who began mocking us in his local language while we were expressing genuine concerns. This is unacceptable behavior from a hospitality provider.

Resort is good. Service is really up to the mark. Good food,no need to go out and search for restaurant. Location is also really good, it was near to all sight seen areas. A portion of resort is stillunder construction as they are expanding. But I recommend to stay here.

groupnice property located on slope of the mountain. there are many rooms but best are at top of the hill for the view. The restaurant is at the entrance which is down hence a lot of up down walking which can be tedious for children and elderly. Food is tasty and delicious but the service is slow.

family with 1 kidBest part is the view from the room. Mine was family room with a great Sunrise view. Lots of activities to do in the resort. Overall very good experience. The rooms needs a bit of renovation and upgrade. Better maintenance of activity related stuffs would make this unmatchable. The staff is extremely good.

Only the location of the resort was nice, room was very dirty, food was below average, staff attitude was very poor. On the first day i asked the waiter to serve the food, this is what he said aap apne his-ab se serv karo. I don’t think so their staff was trained to provide good service. My trip was unpleasant because of the services i have received at the resort. I will never refer anyone to this resort. I believe the rating of the resort will be below poor, provided rating at make my trip are not trustworthy for me now.

The resort is on amazing location, the views are stunning from rooms balcony. They have really good swimming pool though water is quite cold but that's completely fine when you get amazing hills and clouds view while swimming. The staff is very humble and cooperative, actually we found cocroaches in almira and some smell in washroom but that was sorted immediately when informed to resort staff. Food is also fine, they have good variety of breakfast options for adults as well as kids. They have good options for kids entertainment and additionally dj in evening for partying. Overall really good option to stay when you are in lansdown.
