Bodh Valley Resort

Resort name is Rain Forest Resort. There is no sign board for bodh valley resort. please correct the name.

We (Group of 3 Friends) have pre booked the Property for 2 Nights. With High Expectations given the all sorts of amenities it offers along with the activities. P.S. its named as Rain Forest Resort.  The Property is in Outskirts and does not have even a grocery store in 5 Km radius. The Three location near from this property is Railway Dam, Tringalwadi Dam and Fort. The Property Is Well developed and designed, However, The Cleanliness Across the Property is a big concern. Due to Poor cleanliness and Maintenance of Amenities the vibe of the property really bad. We did not get a single activity inside the property. They told us the entire Game Zone for TT and Pool table was under renovation, but by looking at the game zone, we feel it must he closed since very long duration. Even the Swimming Pool Water is also very dirty.

The resort stay was pathetic firstly no staff to lead us to our tent which is spread out. Then the tent was so terribly dirty the door was broken the ac was not working the beds were not made and the washroom was not cleaned. Somehow we luckily got a change of room by the event management team. Highly not recommended to stay at the bodh valley resort.

First of all its not mentioned that the bodh valley and the rain forest resorts are the same. So we kept searching for quite a long time. And also the number of the person provided on our booking voucher didn't respond that time and he spoke in a harsh manner and said why am i arguing it was disgusting. Next when we went to the room it wasn't dusted. Lot of dust and webs with dirt were there with dirty window curtains which didn't seem to be changed there was no tv in the room. The telephone extension wasn't working.

Huge property however majority of the place needs to be maintained we'll. The location is good if you have your vehicle as it is a bit in the interiors. The staff is helpful. It's a good resort if you need a stop over and not a luxurious experience

The hotel doesn't have proper service. The rooms doesn't have basic amenities like kettle, tea, coffee, moisturizer etc. The rooms are not even properly maintained. The staff is not at all cooperative. Not a good stay at bodh valley.

Rooms and toilets are not clean. Size of room is okay. Food is good. Overall stay is okay and not so great!

My stay at the Rainforest Resort was truly exceptional. The combination of stunning natural beauty, luxurious accommodations, and excellent service made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

The rooms that you book depends on the option that you choose. The premium the room you select, the cleaner the rooms will be. Mine was a wooden cottage, which was okay except for the bathroom interior which can be maintained or renovated. Key positive was the food buffet which had variety and quality. Service of management is good. One important point is the checkin and checkout as per mm t and the resort policy defer.

Their cottages are outdated, no maintenace for long time, they don't provide mosquito kill machines in the room, no room service, no attendant, no wifi, seld service only, food is way too expensive

Food is excellent, however need property maintenance,i hope they keep space to enjoy location already becoming congested..

Rooms are not clean, pathetic service, average food. Not a very pleasant place, no value for money.

Food was below average and nothing to do in resort. Few activities but paid. Not maintained properly. They even charge 50 for evening tea. Not much options in food. Not worth the money

Our family getaway at this rainforest resort was a dream come true! The pure vegetarian food was excellent, with a variety of choices. The luxury green mountain setting provided a serene backdrop. The service was top-notch; staff members were friendly and helpful. This resort is the best property for families, ensuring everyone has a fantastic time.

Resort was located in the heart of the city place was very nice,food was too good and very tasty and delicious we love the place and the ambience value for money

reception person is very cordial value for money and the resort is covered with good nature value for money resort under budget

Food was terrible. Property is not maintained at all. There was frequent power outage although dg backup is there considering the location of the property this was big concern, if anyone is looking to come here with family. Rooms were average. Hospitality was not bad but overall ambience brings the whole experience down drastically.

Bodh valley resort is near to highway best resort for igatpuri, food was very good tasty and delicious we enjoyed the stay good for family value for money must recommend to family

Location of the stay is good, but far from bhandardara. Tents are not maintained. Food quality is okay, no other options around the property.
