The property is located in a good location near Candolim beach, making it convenient for guests. The caretaker Manna was helpful and the atmosphere was casual with green plants around. However, the rooms were not up to the mark with dirty bed sheets, dull flooring, and hygiene issues. Breakfast was limited and served in-room only. Some guests faced water problems and the bedding had springs coming out of it. The property had a pool, but maintenance could have been better. Overall, it was a peaceful stay but with room for improvement.
