I've had the pleasure of staying at casa broadway several times, and each visit has been a delight. This charming Casa Broadway strikes a perfect balance between comfort and convenience, offering a cozy retreat right in the heart of the city. From the moment you arrive, casa broadway makes you feel right at home. The staff are consistently welcoming and attentive, always ready with a warm smile and helpful recommendations. Their friendliness truly enhances the overall experience, making each stay feel personal and special. The Casa Broadway's ambiance is inviting and relaxing. The location of the Casa Broadway is very good. It’s very quiet yet 200m from the main chowk. The staff is extremely good and friendly including the watchman. The toilets are dry and clean. Breakfast is fair including the spread and quality. It can be improved. Room photos shown on mm t are different than actuals including colors. I stayed in 2 rooms. The rooms can be cleaned better. There was lot of dust between 2 successive furnitures and beneath the bed. Hot water is really a gift here. Since every room has a dedicated geyser/boiler, there are no issues at all related to hot water. I liked it. I needed a study table which i got so i was satisfied. In all, i will definitely reconsider this Casa Broadway in my next trip. Attached images show the scenic lake which is at walking distance. . Sachin wagle. Mumbai.

Hotel is economical but classic room are small but all-right in budget range bedsheets torn and dirty the front desk and room attendant also twice both days admitted that their landaury is problem otherwise all good within price range situated in heart of city you get o la any time go for deluxe room which are bigger if with family cooperative front desk and guard at entrance will stay again breakfast buffet if you want have before nine am and cannot stay hungry for long cannot compare with other three stars because at rs300 nothing to write about no restaurant nearby till 12 am to get breakfast (smile)

The Casa Broadway room was large enough, as shown in the photographs, and quite clean. So were the bathroom facilities. Easy and hassle-free check-in was provided. The staff were really good and polite in all aspects. All the food that was ordered was quite good and tasty, except for the dry chilli chicken, and mixed hakka noodles. But, all in all, a very positive and pleasant experience. Will definitely come here again, and recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

I think this is one of the most coziest experiences. The Casa Broadway is located in a very nice locality, which is adorned with many picturesque kolkata buildings. It's a sight for sore eyes. The room may seem small. However everything is placed as per convenience. The shower area was a bit congested. But all in all, we went there to roam around, and i think the location and the service of this Casa Broadway more than makes up for its basic flaws. Enjoyed it a lot.

I stayed for two nights in casa broadway Casa Broadway. Hotel is located in a posh residential area of south kolkata very near to a prominent market place gariahat. Room was clean and cooling was excellent. Staff behaviour was polite and service was good. The Casa Broadway doesn’t have restaurant but provides room dining through a kitchen. We had puri sabji as breakfast was not good as it was full of oil. However other breakfast was good

Very happy, the location is perfect to all major markets, pilgrimage places, sight seeing places are close by. Though at an important place, literally peaceful & calm property staff are pleasant, good & helpful though we had some minor shortcomings initially but immediately on bringing it to the notice of the staffs they rectified them, food is good, all facilities are good & manages well recommend for all type of stay. Stayed four nights during july 2023. Manager and staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was too small but they were nice enough to upgrade us to a big room the next day. No restaurant in the Casa Broadway. Room service food quality was good and light. Only deficiency was that the place lacks ambiance and approach is not good. Location is very convenient.

The place is situate at gariahat and staff behaviour is polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Overall an amazing experience. Loved the food and behaviour of the staff. The quantity and quality of the food is good. The room is quite spacious and with well working amenities. This was my 2nd visit to the Casa Broadway

I have been visiting casa for the last 6-7 months. The place is pretty cool and the best part is there staff's hospitality and quick service.

Had come back to kolkata for my convocation, the stay was very warm. It was a stunning stay, the food was delicious and also the staff was warm.

The stay was very fantastic and the service was too good. Rooms are pretty small but clean. I would have rated it a 5 out of 5 if the rooms were bigger. Staffs were very friendly and cooperative. The food was so good and reasonable rate. Thank you for a great stay

The interior of Casa Broadway is good and room is spacious but the bed is not much comfortable. Furniture work need to be furnished again

The location is good. There are shops and eateries and good restaurants nearby. The rooms are small but all amenities are available. There is one issue however with the bed. The double bed is made out of 2 single beds due to which the mattress above it is quite uneven. This needs to be changed.

I liked the property very much and found a excellent staff. Room was quite good at that price, totally value for money.

The safe and hospitable environment made a great experience. The staff was extremely accommodating and polite and the location is most convenient and in the heary of the city. Loved it!
