CASA in Luxury Suites

The ambience was pleasant the rooms were clean and comfortable , the food was delicious and the service providing by the hotel staff was excellent

The room was good. We stayed with family and it was an amazing experience. food was also good. Facilities compared to other hotels with the same prize range were excellent. The main benefit of the hotel is the location of the hotel is near Sree Padmanabh swamy temple.

Our check in time was 2 p m but exactly they are informed us at 2.43 p m that room not available also misbehave by some one over phone so don’t choose that hotel

Had a wonderful stay at Casa Inn. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were cooperative and accommodating. They even allowed us a late check-out as we got delayed due to our temple visit, which was much appreciated. The breakfast buffet was also great, offering a good variety of dishes to choose from. The only downside was that the check-in process wasn’t very smooth. we had to wait a bit at the reception even after a long drive. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed place to stay.

Room was too small.No ventilation.Hotel charged extra Rs1000 for early check in...my train reached early so I had to pay which I feel was unfair

Stayed at Casa — room was quite good and comfortable, but there’s no car parking facility. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing; a few items seemed expired and had a bad smell. Overall, not a good property and needs improvement in food quality and basic amenities.

The property is located at Palayam inner area. We can easily reach with Google maps. When we reached the hotel there is no one to give proper guidance. Parking is pathetic there. Security guard is the boss there and the receptionist doesn’t have control there. We have search for security guard for getting your vehicle from underground parking. Rooms clean and good. Food also good. If you go without a car the hotel is best.

The property is good . Easy access to Uber cabs. Polite staff . The restaurant manager Mr Jakir was very helpful

This property is not deserve for 2 star hotel catagory. Very small rooms. No hand wash provides at wash room. Very limited options on breakfast.

This property is not deserving for 1 star also. MMT cheating their guests with showing 4star. Very small room size. lift not working properly. No parking space. Very terrible experience faced with this property. MMT is cheating to their customers.

The management is not flexible in minor requests like 01 hour early check-in even when they have room available... extra charged Rs 700/- for 01 hour..

Stay here in Casa in luxury suites is awesome. The rooms are very neat and clean, good service and best food. Im from ekm, I haven't found this much budget friendly luxurious hotel in ekm.
