It was very good staying here. This gave a homely feeling. Hygiene was good. Food was tasty. Hospitality was admirable.

Ill will like to make a refund because i was not able to stay last night

The room is very spacious and clean. There’s hot water and a fan. The location is good as well with a lot of restaurants around. Breakfast was good too. We were served sandwiches, nuggets or veg tikki and some tea. The only suggestion would be to please provide an anti slip door mat outside room 203 bathroom since it can be extremely slippery while stepping out because of the steps.

I stayed here for 4 days. Location is far from police bazar. Staff wise behaviour is good. Breakfast is pathetic. They didn't change bedding daily after asking them to do so. Not worth the money. Better hotels available at police bazar at 2k in case of offline booking

The guest house is very conveniently located, merely 5 min walk to laitumkhra point from where one can get local cabs, including shared cabs to most places. The locality is quiet and peaceful. There is also a large hospital nearby. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The breakfast is quite good. The rooms are cleaned well every day. There is an ro purifier on each floor to fill bottles whenever one needs.

The host was very polite and courteous. Excellent room and amenities. They also provide additional amenities on request without charging extra. Also the cleanliness is worth mentioning. Overall a great experience mainly because of the support of the host.

Very conveniently located in a residential area with markets, restaurants and even a hospital at 5-6 minutes walking distance. Rooms are neat and clean. All basic amenities are provided. Staffs are very polite and took extra effort to attend our additional needs. Also breakfast served was very delicious. Overall a delightful experience staying at cassiopeia guest house. Would like to visit again

Stay was unexpected extravagant, the location was easy to commute, reception what a pleasant face

Spacious, fridge, microwave, utensils also available in the room. One thing i would like to mention if if you want to have dinner in that hotel, you must inquire about the time of ordering because when we contacted at 8. 30 p. M. To place our order, they said time for order is over which was unexpected. Other than that everything was perfect.

Location was good with market nearby, breakfast was limited but nice, basic amenities & services are there. rooms are too close to each other so there is a lot of disturbance & noise from other travellers staying, rest all is nice!!

I would definitely want to refer cassiopeia guest house to my friends and families. The guest house is very neat and clean with all basic ameneties. The guest house is located in a residential area away from the hussle of the cities. The laitumkhrah circle is just 2 min walking distance from the hotel. There are many restaurants in the area like dominos pizza, the red diner, the hut and the dejavu. You can either dine in or order through swiggy. Those who wants to enjoy street food of shillong can go to police bazaar at 30 inr per head in shate taxi which are readily available in laitumkhrah circle. The guest house ia very neat and clean and well decorated with nursery herbs and indoor plants. The rooms are very clean and has all basic facilities. If you are staying for more than one nights, room service is dibe on dsily basis. Every day they would give ckean towels and new bottle of drinking water. There is heater available in the room. The geyzer runs 24 by7. The breakfast served is limited but sufficient for one person. The food is also very good in taste. They have diffierent menus on different days. During our stay, we were given kerala parathas (2) and sabzi on first day with tea. On the second day, we were given two grilled sandwiches, two chicken nuggets, egg poach and tea. In the third day, we had 2 poori and sabzi with tea. Overall room service is very good. The staffs are very helpful and cooperative.

Amazing stay. Big room, big bathroom, comfy bed, lots of amenities including fridge, microwave, tv with all channels working, sofa, private parking. Great service. Would definitely stay again.
