Tidy and spacious room with power backup and good WiFi connection - enough for OTT streaming and desk job. Finding dine would be challenging at late hours as the property is quite interior. Missing toiletries disturbed out plan a bit. Overall 3.5/5. With food option and covering toiletries would make it 5/5

Our stay at Castle Homestay Udupi, was an exceptional and memorable one. The location of the property is perfect, as it's not too far from the town, yet is surrounded by lush greenery and calm nature. Also, I must mention the fact that this property is neatly maintained.

“Extremely disappointing experience. We were late to check out I accept, and instead of handling it maturely or charging extra, the owner barged into the room yelling. This was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. It clearly shows the lack of basic hospitality and customer handling. The property itself had nothing special – poor service, subpar amenities, and overall a waste of money. If you’re considering this place, I strongly advise you to book elsewhere. Especially unsafe if you’re with a female companion – the lack of boundaries could turn your stay into a nightmare.”

Stay is fantastic, location is ok . Well maintained. AC provided is most most needed during this period. Don't raise the prices because with out car nothing can move here.

found this place on mmt. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. For food zomato n swiggy services were available. Access to places is better if u have your own vehicle. However, the host did help me out with transport. definitely worth coming back.

The stay is situated in a very quiet environment, so i had the best sleep and the view from the balcony is amazing. The rooms are well lit and have ample space. Overall, a very good stay which only enhances the overall experience of the trip.

There is no hot water facility here. They rely only on solar which is not reliable. Please consider this before opting for this homestay

Service is very good manager & staff fully supportive. Home stay is very clean & attractive. Especially staff person ratnakar is most supportive. He is available everytime. Next time i will visit again.

Location is good, no food services, they don’t have hot water facility, since we travel-led along with family, we faced terrible situation as hot water not available, tried contacting the concerned person, he gave us lame excuses that solar is not working, is this our problem, having 2 years, 7 years & 8 years kids with us, no drinking water facility, no news paper as mentioned

We had been for stay in castle homestay and had a wonderful time here. The place is very peaceful. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Host prashanth was very helpful and helped us in local transport. We overall liked the service. Place is very accessible to city within 2 kms and malpe beach is jus 4 kms from the property. Food delivery options were available through swiggy n zomato. We had a great time with family in this place surrounded by lush greenery. We would definitely come back again.
