staff was very good. we had a very good stay. place is very cozy and colonial vibe.

The hotel was incredibly charming and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and also they provide a shuttle for local transport which help us alot. An english feel with great hospitality . a bit far from the main market, but they offer a shuttle pick and drop.

The geyser and heater were not working properly. No one at the reception picked the phone at 10pm. I had to personally go to the lobby and still no one came to fix it.

Excellent place in darjeeling. Property is well maintained and service at top notch. Different old time experience with firewood and wooden floors

I had the most wonderful experience at cedar inn. Right from the very beginning till the end, the hospitality is simply outstanding. Every staff member is there to make sure your stay is comfortable and pleasant. Be is the cheerful and energetic security, anup from restaurant who engaged us in wonderful conversations, the housekeeping who took care of our every need and even the gm who told us amazing stories about the place and the helpful tips to enjoy the best of darjeeling. The reception asked whether we would like a wake up call to see the amazing sunrise view and for our last day checkout because we had to leave early. They took care of your need even before you asked for it and were always insightful on what we would require for our stay. It was the people of cedar inn who made this trip our most memorable experience

I could not have imagined a better stay experience while travel-ling with my 20 months old baby. The property staffs took care of everything we asked for and even for the things we didn’t ask for. Must visit for an extraordinary view of kanchenjunga and amazing staff services.

Although we couldn't see the mountains because of the fog, it was a very nice facility and the staff were very considerate to us.

Me and my wife chose Cedar Inn as our abode when we visited Darjeeling. It was a delightful experience for us right from the top till the cleaning lady each and everyone of them were very cordial they were very helpful and a special mention to our driver Naseeb who also helped in making our trip a memorable experience. I will refer anyone who wants to stay in Darjeeling to choose Cedar Inn. Apart from the very accommodating and cordial staff it is also provide a scenic view of valley and Kanchenjunga mountain. And one more thing which was not mentioned anywhere they provide a complimentary shuttle service to mall road so you are not missing on any thing.

Best view from the property as it’s on the top of the hill, awesome food and superb hospitality. Property cleanliness is very good the gm-mr. Sanjay interacts with guest’s through out the breakfast-lunch -dinner to keep the guest’s requirements and feedback are well taken care of. Starting from the security gate keeper-krishna to the front office manager sneha to the gm mr. Sanjay all are awesome. The city-mountain view from the window as it’s on the top of the hill is out of the world experience. Strongly recommended property in darjeeling.

My stay with family in cedar inn for 4 nights was an awesome experience. The behavior of each and every staffs starting from watchman to the manager will definitely be remembered lifetime. Sumptuous breakfast with varieties of lip-smacking items is definitely a reason to comeback in this hotel once again. Also enjoyed the dinner listening piano.

It was an amazingly beautiful view from my room 410. The food was delicious. The room service was very good. Overall it is one of the best hotels in darjeeling with a great view.

Location wise, this place is a little far, but they make up the distance with complimentary shuttle services. The location of the hotel and it's service is their usp, which is excellent. Right from check-in to the time of leaving the hotel, they were always smiling and doing their best. The view is awesome, but it was mostly cloudy the 2 days we were here. I would definitely recommend this place

Cedar inn sums up darjeeling in short with its breathtaking view and it's perfect picturesque location surrounded by kanchenjunga and the verdant hills and forests, the ever-changing horizon, skies, clouds, all these from the cosiness of our rooms. The hospitality of the team and it's courteous staff led by mr. Sanjay nangia who helped us plan our darjeeling itinerary and his eager willingness to make our trip worthwhile made it all memorable. The complimentary shuttle from the inn perched atop the hill away from the hustle bustle to mall road was really thoughtful. The rooms were well equipped with heaters striking a perfect balance between comfort and elegance. The food was delectable and served with warmth. They also have a wonderful collection of books. Loved - the book of joy. Highly recommended! idyllic, picturesque and cosy is this inn and we hope to be back some time again!

I stayed with my wife in cedar inn from 25 to 27 january. The location is a bit off track and at a height in darjeeling but the hotel and view from it are excellent. Very good room with amenities like warm mattress and room heater and clean bathroom and beds. Great lawn with great view. Very nice and cosy restaurant with good food. Excellent breakfast spread. Very courteous and helpful staff. The only drawback is that if you have to come to hotel from mall road or go from hotel to mall road or nearby areas in morning or late evening, you need to book car which is quite expensive- the hotel offers limited shuttle facility only at certain hours. I had to go to darjeeling station at 8 am and had to book a car to come to hotel and drop me.

The rooms are very spacious proper kanchenjunga all peaks are visible from rooms bed warmer is present fireplace is there and staff helps you out as well service is extremely good food is really nice and tasty and one of the usp of this property the property is very beautiful they arrange for travel-ling to mall within timings
