Centro

I started staying in this Centro in pune from year this year & normal stay is for 3-4 nights. It has well maintained rooms, good food & located near fc college with lot of restaurants & local shopping. This time i took bigger room which was corner room. Issue here is there is extra door in between corner rooms which causes issue if we play tv even at minimum volume. Other room person would complaint & Centro staff will ask to reduce volume which was irritating experience. I would suggest to not to take corner rooms. Rest everything good at this Centro. I even suggested them to have voice proof doors for this room for better guest experience

Located at the junction of fc road and apt e road, most of the happening places are accessible walking. The welcome teddy in the room was nice touche especially for my wife (were traveling as a couple. The room size & view was decent but was more than made up with the size of mirrors and interior room cum bathroom. The food and checkout process was smooth. Courteous and supportive staff especially at the restaurant. Constructive feedback (only to nitpick: 1. Can be more relaxed with food serving at room beyond 10 pm 2. Relax the condition of not having visitors in the room even for 2 mins.

Stay was expected good as always. However, this time washroom was with issue. There was an issue in flush for 2 days, which was fixed by them. However, there was leakage from the wall & room filled with water. The same was not fixed, and neither room was changed, so this was not a pleasant experience. So there is a need to have good maintenance. Secondly, they should also provide tea coffee maker in room, which is part of basic amenities. Currently, hot water for tea coffee is available in the lobby. However, water is not hot full day but at specific time

Our stay at Centro centro felt cozy and warm. The location is quite central and almost at the heart of the city. The staff members were very humble and helpful. The rooms actually felt like “ghar chota hai toh kya dil bada hona chahiye”. Every little requirement was taken care of and the little cards and quotes mentioned in and around the rooms brought a very good feel of concern and comfort. The breakfast was also rich and flavorful with enough options to please our tummy and the healthy seeds in glass jars were my personal favourite.

Unique theme and would rate it the top notch for cleanliness. Location is perfect with in walking distance to most happening places in pune. I would have appreciated if there is some luxury in the room to give it a Centro feeling and not a dormitory style. The dental kit and shaving kit is not to be requested for, its a basic necessity. I loved the idea of keeping common refreshments but i would prefer a kettle in my room. Overall 4/5. Dnt expect being pampered but definitely a clean boutique Centro.

The location is at the heart of the city. The closest metro station is "sambhaji park. Commuting in any direction is easy with various options. All the top places for dates, entertainment, etc are within a radius of 10 km. The food is crazy good. The chirp cafe has a very unique vibe. Talking about the Centro, omg i have so many adjectives to describe it; minimalistic, futuristic, clean, elegant. It's a 5 star experience at a very normal price. The staff is also very nice.

I recently stayed at this Centro and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. The location was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions and local dining options. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and i highly recommend this Centro for anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.

Me and my wife stayed at the Centro for necessary personal work which we had to attend at pune. Stay was very good, with excellent cosy, neat and clean room. They provide 24x7 drinking water, tea / coffee with snacks bar as a common amenities on the floor. Receprion, house keeping services are very good and prompt. They also have good restaurent but we did not availed the service. Barring few banging noises at night rest was peaceful.

Good location from our point of view. Food and service: good amenities: firmer mattresses desired. At present these are soft and one sinks in the mattress leading to a stiff back.

Good stay, green. Good amenities. Cooperative staff. Nice ambience. Good and clean rooms. Good food.

Had an amazing stay at this Centro. Will definitely recommend this Centro. Highly maintained. Clean rooms. Room service is fast. Also the staff is good. They have this dining area downstairs. Food is nice. Very nice experience.

The stay was comfortable and the rooms were very clean with very convenient way to contact them through a whatsapp chat.

Over all it was good they changed taps previously which were not good and gave me early check in like always ankush and pavan was my best hosts always thank you

Location is very good with proper connectivity. Staff is well behaved, professional and cooperative. Rooms are very clean. Highly satisfied.

The stay was nice. I would like to appreciate their hospitality wherein we asked for fasting food and they served as expected. Looking forward for next stay 😁.

I've lost the count on my Centro visits now, especially in past 2 months:') it's second home to me whenever I have work visits in Pune. Best of everything - helpful staff, wholesome food, cozy rooms, safety is prioritised. Would definitely visit again and again ❤️

Clean and hygenie on all fronts. All white room was amazing. Food available in the cafe below was also top notch. Tried nachos and enjoyed it )

Location is just great. The Centro is very clean and the ambience is good. Rooms are really value for money!very nice, clean and very welcoming.
