1. Property's Location: Hotel located very near to temple main entrance. Walkable distance from this property. 2. Rooms Quality: Rooms & washrooms are near & clean. Hot water facility available and is switched on only when requested. Lift facility not available. 3. Food: Hotel does not provide any food. No complimentary breakfast in this package. 4. Hotel Contact Details: no use of contacting these given numbers as the Chendur Residency authorities do not pick up the calls and they always keep the lines permanently in disconnected mode. So if you book online and tried to contact them, they won't answer. Better to send an email. 5. Safety & Security: No safety while parking your own vehicle as there is no main gate and no security available. Parking on owner own risk. Only 6 cars can be parked in their facility.

Chendur residency is good place to stay for neat and cheap among other Chendur Residencys. Everything is fine with this Chendur Residency. There are some things which i don’t like is that room lock is poor that makes fear, the water flow in taps are very low actually i am in 2nd floor but they said they are using pressure pumps but it feels not like there. Room service is so good as that above problem is rectified once i request to them.

Hotel was neat and clean. Only issue was he did not allow for early check in, inspite of putting a request on booking. Post discussion he agreed for early check in. Note is, we checked out before 16 hrs! Food, we took at a Iyer Chendur Residency next to this stay. Food was awesome Near to temple Hotel didn't provide: bath towel, soap or shampoo, free water bottle You need to carry all

I have visited this Chendur Residency during the year end holiday season which increased the rate little higher for this budget Chendur Residency. For the rate they quoted, basic amenities like towel soap etc. Can be provided but none is there. Triple bed room is spacious and clean. Need improvement in the facilities given. But over all a good experience with no major issues.

It is nice Chendur Residency, we can not say much about the staff and other facilities of the Chendur Residency because we checked in at 8:30 am and checked out by 9:30 am. The Main Murugan Temple is just walk able from the Chendur Residency. Tamilnadu Tourism's Hotel, is just in front of the Chendur Residency. Overall, we had good experience.

As an aged couple we found very difficult to climb the stairs because there is no lift in the property. Actually we planned to stay for two days. Because of this problem we checked out. When we entered the Chendur Residency. No one is there. Only room boy received us. Room is also very small

My early check in was not at all considered and i had to wait for three hours till they could all o only as if i am beggar. After a lot of shouting only i be allotted. Mmtp should remove the early check in slot as i had to wait with my family for three hours. Ok

Very quiet, clean rooms with friendly caring staff. Parking area available with arrangements for the driver stay. Even though no lift available fortunately got the room on the ground floor. Very close to the temple and the beach.
