Chennai guest house

Room was in a dilapidated state. Tv never worked. Staff was friendly. Allowed me to sit in lobby for some time. Corridors were untidy and unclean. Will never advice anyone to stay there.

Very worst experience, i booked and paid before checkin. Due to flood upto 6 feet in our street, and water inside my home due to cyclone i booked this room. After 2 km walk in chest level water we came out of the street to sleep well at-least a day after two day's of struggle. But more struggle myself with my family includes 8 months kid and son i reached. But there is no power in the hotel chennai guest hou#e, on enquiring thay promised we working on repairing genset, will be rectified in 2 hours. We thought of vacating immediately, but they ensured for 100% sure power will be provided. But even after hours of waiting, no power. Again i informed them that we are leaving the hotel, and cancel the booking. They accepted and said to cancel as you booked. So we raised complaint in and requested to cancel booking and to refund money.

Bathrooms are not clean. Rooms are not upto the mark. They should improve the room facilities. The plates they have for having food was ridiculous.

Your service all are good i really like that and i enjoy it

The guest house worst condition. Rest room very dangerous position all are against the sanitation rules. We vacate the guest house at about 9. 30 a. M

The room was clean and newly painted. Tv had all south indian channels. Ac was locked at 25 degree celsius. The bathroom was not that good. Even though wifi was available, it was not working at night. Breakfast was included, but by paying extra i got good breakfast.

Budget hotel and overall stay it’s good. Hotel located near by arumpakkam and cmbt. Morning breakfast was not that much good but okay. Room was clean.

Hot water availability appreciated one intercom facility in the room appreciated room was very clean good service by the team soap was available. A small paste was there would have been good.

Room was good and spacious. Ac was working properly. Staff was cooperative and cordial and helpful. At walking distance from koyambedu.

No delay time for check in, i like this.

Receiving was very nice, hospitality is so good, clean space and speciality is the care taker Mr. Muthu has taken care very well the total 5 star is for him
