The room was not properly cleaned. There were visible stains on the carpet, dust on the furniture, and the bathroom was not properly sanitized. The linens appeared used and had an unpleasant odor, which made it impossible to feel comfortable.

The linens appeared used and had an unpleasant odor, which made it impossible to feel comfortable. The service was equally disappointing. When i contacted the front desk about the cleanliness issues, the response was slow, and i didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. The staff seemed uninterested in resolving the problems, and it took multiple requests to have someone come to clean the room, which was very frustrating.

coupleThis is one of the worst stays that we have ever had, one of our friends also booked a room and had to share the similar experience. The rooms are not at all clean and maintained, bedsheets are not cleaned, and the bathroom is not clean. The hotel staffs are sleeping in the lobby even after seeing us while checking out, it was in the afternoon, not even early in the morning.

The location of the hotel is just 10 min away from the fort. Staff was helpful. They provided early check-in and kept my luggage even after checkout. The cleanness could have been a bit better.

Dear sir you had booked 2 standard rooms but considering your long stay we put both rooms side by side and upgraded 1 room so you had 1 room standard and 1 room deluxe that's why there is a difference between the two rooms went. Thanks
