Very poor room and the room is to small. The condition of the bathroom is deplorable. I am very very disappointed this stay

The property is in prime location. But very congested room. If a fire breaks, the escape system is very poor. Corridor is very narrow and even one person can walk terribly. Sorry to note down this.

The hotel room was not even clean, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. And there was dust inside the cupboard. Not worth the money of that service.

nice stay experience, good food and service also good, good air-conditioning ,calm and quite place ,room with average spacious, TV was under maintenance

As a whole the stay was average. Behaviour of receptionist was a little unpleasent. Amenities are old. A/c was not cooling at all. There was a very old tv with no channels. You can find many better stays for that price. Also the washroom was not very neat.

It is easy accesss to places near by like kms health. Very convenient and speedy check in and out.

Location not good no restura nearby. Pathetic service no housekeep, no restura in hotel. Bath has no ventilation wash basin inconvenient. Struggling to find one positive factor. Will not recommend to even foes.

Cozy rooms well maintained without a speck of dust and very clean bathrooms. Breakfast changes in a day to day basis

Well equipped but small rooms. Interiors are pretty old and looks like maintenance was not proper. Comfortable mattresses, but untidy covers and bedsheets.

Very bad bed sheets very old and tear off used for customer not cleaning everyday and very bad smells in restaurant

some of their rooms got bed bugs🪲🪲😵... they said they will take care of that as soon... don't know wat's the current situation overall they have a good service

Rooms are old and stinking. No proper ventilation in the corridor. Restaurant is ok, but again it kept in the basement, so smelling to much. Over all i am not happy for the money i spent

Nice location - easy access from railway station and bus station, room was very small but adjustable for single person. Restaurant will close by 5pm which should be open till night as it will be difficult to find out a restaurant at late night.

The rooms were too small. The receptionist was not present during check out in the morning, so kept the key in the reception and left. The tv remotes were not functioning.

The toilet closet was not cleaned properly, lift was frightening. Rooms were very small

Rooms are not upto the mark or worth for 2000 rupees. Small, furniture are clumsy. There was no fan regulator switch. Bed sheets are not clean

The propery is not clean, bathrooms are not clean, pillow covers and sheets were not washed. The staff behaviour was not good. It's better to stay on the road side or on your car. Please don't reccomend anyone to stay in this hotel.

For everything you can easily accessible, bacause located inside the city, food was good and hygiene
