Had a great experience during my stay! The staff was extremely polite and supportive — their hospitality made all the difference. The location is convenient, the property is clean, and the food was absolutely delicious with great hygiene maintained throughout. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

All are good except electric cattle in room is not in good condition. Also complementary breakfast is too tasty

The staff is rude. They have their own rules which are nowhere to be seen in the hospitality sector. The food is average. Room service is slow.

Worst service, i have booked with breakfast but they didn't consider it. Time waste for check-in. Food quality was not good.

Below average hotel, big blobby but aircon doesn't work, pool is dirty and cant be used, gym equipment's are broken. Front desk asks for charges for early check-in ( 12 noon)

The rooms were good and comfortable. The reception and hospitality could have been a little better. Kindly provide hot water at night in the winter

The property is not well maintained and has issues in the rooms bathrooms. The staff is not responsive and in fact one can clearly see lack of responsibility and ownership. We had a confirmed booking for two rooms of a particular category but yet upon arrival we were given one room of a different( inferior) quality. It was only next day that we were given one upgraded room after we complained to make my trip and after long discussion. The new room was on a different floor and we were told that two rooms on the same floor cannot be provided as there ia only one room available. However, after two hours when we complained regarding the i’ll functioning bathroom in our room we were also surprisingly provided a room on the same floor ( by a different staff member. The food quality is below average and in fact i did not care to eat the breakfast on the second / last day of my stay with them. A food item which we requested them to replace because of excessive salt was replaced without any change whatsoever. The in room dining / house keeping staff is simply the worst we have ever come across. For instance we were initially refused to be given more than one glass in the room, pillow was refused with the extra bed, there were mosquitos in the room yet we were not provided good night / repellent siting unavailability etc. All in all, the stay with clarion inn turned out to be poor and we would really not advise this property to travellers. Also. They would simply not turn on the air conditioning in the lobby ( in the month of august) and the staff at the reception had a small cooler to cool them off. It’s only when i complained that they turned it on. On the day of our checkout, they switched off the ac in our room at 10:30 am. This, by far, was the most pathetic hotel stay ever for us.

Hotel is a around 15 kms far from city center, but nice surroundings. Clean rooms, warm hospitality amd lavish buffet breakfast. Value foe money.

Housekeeping didn’t pick up or the phone was switched off half the time, so was the front desk. Breakfast buffet was not a buffet bcs there were not enough guests, so they offered to send the breakfast to the room. When we asked for a small portion of everything, the person taking the order taunted that ma’am this will become heavy, so you should order less, when actually it should’ve been a buffet. The food was below average. We wanted to use the gym at the hotel. It was a hot suffocating room, with no one available to help. We switched on the ac and the machines ourselves. The ac was not working. There were poor chinese equipments available. No hot water was available even in the day. They started it only on calling house keeping. No thank you

Delighted to book my stay here very near to Amer Fort. Very Good room although city view wasn’t provided upon requesting for it; food is good; great space for parking. My car was cleaned without even asking for it - this is a gesture of good service. Can upsell their breakfast buffet even if guest did not ask for it. An SMS suggesting to opt for buffet would be great. QR code for food menu shows only dinner menu - why not show breakfast and lunch menu also?

Ok ok hotel, food, amenities. Pool is not clean. No staff on pool. According to price less facilities.

I m very disappointed with makemy trip in modifications policy. In my booking, by mistake, instead of two guests, one guest was submitted. After booking when i applied for modifications for two guests instead of one guest. The modification charge asked by makemy trip was more than the room charge. I found booking. Com much better than makemy trip in this regard.

One of best hotels in kukas area if you are looking for a lower budget hotel with value for money and very good rooms which has office desk also, excellent food, great service. Amazing experience.
