Cleveland Resorts

I had an amazing experience at cleave-land resort in kanthallor. The resort, located about 2 kilometers from kanthallore town, offers excellent accommodations with a serene ambiance, stunning views, and a wide range of facilities. These include a restaurant, walking area, indoor games area, campfire area, water fountain, and fruit farm. The resort can accommodate over 40-50 guests and offers a variety of rooms with different tariffs. They also serve home-cooked meals with local flavors. The staff, especially the caretaker prajeesh bhairavan, were very supportive and easily managed groups of people without any issues. It was a peaceful and memorable stay. The road from kanthallore town to the resort is very challenging. If you are driving a vehicle with low ground clearance, it's best not to drive on this road. Instead, you can park your vehicle in town and request the resort to arrange transportation from the town to the resort. Mobile network coverage is only available for jio and bsnl in the resort area, but the resort provides free wifi service. It is advisable to order food in advance to avoid delays, as the food is prepared after you place your order.

We had a very pleasant holiday experience at cleveland. Special mention for the resort manager mr prajesh, who was very friendly and guided us all throughout the trip starting from facilitating for a late arrival due to vehicle breakdown to arranging jeep safari on a short notice. Coming to the facility, the resort is nestled in the beautiful kanthalloor hills, with the weather shifting patterns every 5 minutes alternating between misty, foggy and slight sunny periods. The resort itself has lot of flower add fruits plant and trees and it a bliss to the eyes. Deers and peacocks pays a visit often. They have wide variety of rooms starting from deluxe rooms, family rooms, tower rooms, mud house, family cottages etc. The house keeping staff were very friendly and courteous. It is a perfect place to get away from normal day to day life and take a break. The resort has great rooms and kids play area. The view from the resort is awesome. The manager and other helpers were very helpful. The road leading to the resort is very narrow and if you are coming in tempo or minibus then caution is needed. I am giving 4 star because food can be improved. Breakfast was good but dinner can be improved

We stayed as a family with 2 year old kid for two days at property. We were the only guest for this period in the property. The staff were so helpful and attentive to us and helped customising the menu and food based on our needs. They also cooked some dishes for the kid based on our request. Overall, extremely satisfied with the property, it's ambience, location and the staff.. Thank you for serving us so well. !

I had a wonderful stay at cleveland resort. The ambience was truly exceptional, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. Stay was super, but found it difficult to reach to the spot as the road was too bad.

Excellent stay and experience and very scenic property, very well maintained, clean and the staffs are really decent and kind. Food is decent kind of home made. Only challenge is the roads to the resort is really requires skilled driving it has lot of steep ups and downs.

Excellent stay. Booked. Vip cottage rooms are clean well furnished. Excellent room service. Manager prajesh friendly staff humble staff n manager. Foods are provided accurate time. Foods taste are too good. Everything s upto mark. But 2km to the resort road s bad but manageable.

The location and the stay is pleasentfull. Reaching the Cleveland Resorts is little offloading but worth reaching there. Checkin and check timing is little painfull. Check in by 1 pm and check out by 11 am is little awkward.

Best location, good ambience, staff are so friendly worth for money food, also good waiting for the next day
