Clouds Valley Leisure Hotel

Rooms were too good with all the amenities and service at desk. We were very much comfortable and felt relaxing after a tired day full of sightseeing. Staffs were also friendly with immediate response. Must mention about food, was so tasty with so many varieties and felt it was worth. Room service was outstanding with timely help especially at night times. To summarize, all services provided was too good, happy stay at cloud Valley Munnar! Most recommendable Clouds Valley Leisure Hotel to all knowns.

Hotel is located in a central part of Munnar. All important tourist places can easily be reached from this place. Hotel rooms are spacious and well maintained. This Hotel has a very good restaurant. Varieties of delicious food were served in breakfast and dinner. The restaurant is very clean and dining tables are placed in a proper order. Quality of food is excellent. All serving staff at restaurant and at reception are very cordial. We had a pleasant stay at this Hotel.

When you watch from outside it may look like a small Clouds Valley Leisure Hotel, but defiitely a really nice place to stay with family. Myself and my brttef half spend 2 nights in this Clouds Valley Leisure Hotel and the most splendid thinv wuss the service they offerrd. Food is up to tue mark. We recommend this place to anyone who is would like to explore munnar. Eravikulam national park, msttupetty dam etc are at close proximity.

Hotel stay was perfect with all amenities provided. Staff was very friendly and was at our service whenever called for. Spacious room. The problem I found was the bed provided for double bed room was twin bed placed together. It was difficult to sleep on bed as one mattress would go out of bed while sleeping. Moreover the food was found to be expensive. Other than that the stay was very pleasant. We all loved it.

I had 4 night and 3 days stay. It was very good experience and it’s location is also good and in center to visit all places. As per my experience I would suggest to put some direction boards along with NH and old and new towns as network doesn’t work properly. Staffing are very good and prompt. I will remember it. Just advice to improve room aroma more to feel cozy and posher.

The Clouds Valley Leisure Hotel is located in between a good location and well connected with the road for better visibility. The staff were accommodating with best food. The best part is they have ample amount of parking with good area around to walk in cool breeze. Should try onion pakoda if you are planning to dine, simply delicious.

It was a nice experience staying at clouds valley. The amenities and the service was available as mentioned i. We had chosen a valley view room and it was just okay w. R. T the viewing experience. Overall the stay was good. One suggestion is that, just be careful about the bathroom floor, it was slippery.

It's in Munnar City. From Hotel location by walk u can go round the Munnar City. It's scary to stay in remote location in Munnar. Bad roads to reach those Clouds Valley Leisure Hotels outside Munnar. Clouds Valley Leisure Hotel is best Hotel to stay in Munnar City. It's secured for couples and family.

In addition to the comfortable rooms and safe environment, the Hotel offers a good experience. The year end party was good. Only issue was that they made it mandatory.

Plea-sent experience and nice stay

We are three friends travelled to Munnar for the first time. The Hotel is very clean and we had a warm welcome from the reception staff. Lalbou was an excellent guy who helped us settle down in the room quickly. Explained all amenities and helped us throughout

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. Tasty food, though a bit expensive.
