Club Mahindra Hatgad

Though COMPLEMENTRY MEAL UPGRADE TO NEXT HIGHER PLAN was clearly mentioned in my booking voucher, resort had denined for the same initially and agreed for the same after continuous follow up. Even when matter was takenup with MMT, mention of such condition was denined by MMT representative. I need to share my voucher details with MMT and then it was agreed. Such attitude and behavior is humiliating. If it is not affordable than why MMT and resort is committing the same?

Hi, We had three glorious nights and four days at club Mahindra Hatgad. The staff was excellent. The chefs were very very cooperative. I requested if we could get some nice fish and we being senior citizens. It would be better if the fish was fill which they obliged us, and specially for just the two of us outstanding, everybody was just excellent. The weather being what it was in monsoon resort had a lot of rain, but the cleaners kept cleaning it all the time, and keeping it dry and appealing that made us play the karaoke. After a long time I played. I am 75 years old and we played table tennis carrom chess. We really enjoyed our stay and I'm sure we'll go there every year, especially since I am also a member of Mahindra thanks

Location is mid of nowhere, nothing amazing, neither good view, greenary or forest. Its right on highway.

It was a very nice stay at the Club Mahindra resort at Hatgad. The staff was courteous and supportive throughout and the food was awesome. We would definitely recommend this to people visiting Saputara which is nearby to this resort to come and stay here. The amenities are indeed very nice

Rooms are good but no network and poor very poor wifi. And in room little bit moisture smell. service was great. Foods is also delicious.

Excellent location and away from city life

As per the money spent, this isn't worth. Toilets are bad smelling. Ac is very noisy. Rooms are small as compare to other 4* hotels.

It is best hotel, staff service, room cleaning, food quality also good.

Location was awesome as it was in the midst of the nature. Variety and quality of food was good. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Over all it was a pleasant experience.
