Excellent stay in heritage property-staff very courteous

Everything was good in the golden star desert camp it made me feel the beauty of jaisalmer my family and i loved it, the night performances were great specially the fork dance was amazing.

Stay was comfortable, breakfast and food quality was good but still amenities, facilities a housekeeping is not so good as other properties of club mahindra like in coorg

Hotel staff send the wrong location. We wander till midnight here and there. Property location on the map was also wrong. Given numbers of the property belongs to the resigned staff. We could not stay in the property. We were coming from jaipur. Continuously driving. Overall experience was extremely terrible. We lost our money.

Don't book seeing the big name, the service is very poor . Untrained staff has been employed like cheap, location of resort is not accessible, ​

The hotel was far from the city road leads to hotel is very bad. The staff is unprofessional, they cleaned my room without my permission. All my stuff was jumbled. They touched my 8 month old child’s food preparing machine.

Everything was good. Just one thing that is internet connection is very poor in the resort.

The room service was pathetic. The housekeeping and reception phone was not picked up most of the time. Had to walk to the reception many times for simple tasks like water in the room, laundry begs etc.

Good property. Located 5 km away from jaisalmer. Average food.

Mm t i. E. Paying customers should avoid as you will not find it worth. Food was really bad & the overall experience is below par. The rooms are good but the beds are too soft for comfort. Unfortunately the time holiday members may not have a choice but paying customers sure do.

Very nice welcome & food is also tasty specially jain food arrange by them as per client requirement.

Club mahindra, jaisalmer is pretty well made, has a decent infrastructure and well maintained rooms. It's location is extremely remote and there are network issues in the rooms and across the property. The buffet spread is really good. Although i must say that it is not worth the listed price of inr 10, 000

Place is next to the Airport and is quite spacious. Rooms are good and has a good swimming pool and other gaming activities. Food is also good, staff is courteous.

Club Mahindra seems to be loosing its ground when it comes to quality. The rooms are very basic. Its way too inside from the City. No transport available to reach the hotel. Overly priced food in the resort. Not recommended at all

Stay is good, food needs to be improved and arrangements for taxi is not up to the mark.

Just awesome. But there is a travel desk which is costing double than other Jaisalmer's cab. Car rent should be according to the market. Club Mahindra should focus on that travel company.
