familyResort is nice, rooms are good, food is ok ok, location is also good. But the staff isbnot cooperative at all. No one here is ready to help or guide u, they will just pass u to some otyer guy. Reception team is worst, they will make u stand fir 20 to 30 mins for check in and check out. In our case inspite of having empty rooms on first floor they didnt gave us room on first floor, i requested them many times. They didnt provide umbrella while it was raining outside and all there staff was having umbrella with them

The road to mahindra tungi from hilt-on shillim is worse from terrible & we had to return from a few km away from property. Our rs 8400 is total loss as we did not check in & booking was non refundable
