familyThis place is located in a steep area. Need to be careful while vehicle climbs. Roads are very bad. Room is also an average room. Bed spreads, curtains is very old. They still have a curt tv in 2023. Restroom is also having old pipes and fittings. Hill view is good. The complimentary breakfast is good. Other foods available at their restaurant is costly and not upto the mark. They need to improve and upgrade lot of things. Currently not worthy for the hefty tarrif they charge.

The rooms were good and in a nearby location to town. But the service is the worst. They haven't even served drinking water to the room during stay and some worst timings in the restaurant and other play area.

Bad service of paid food

I ordered 5 food only but while check out they charged for 7 food extra money for 2 food, they got money from me for their staff mistake, and the paid dinner they provide is worst taste and not cooked well we didn't eat that. Etc etc

familyRestaurant people are not responsive at all. You need to go to the restaurant multiple times to get tea. But they are good at giving excuses like tea leaves out of stock, milk just arrived and so on.

Poor Stay

Rooms are not ok. Hot water not at all available. Rooms are in opened condition while we return to back to hotel after sight seeing. Tv not working. No intercom. Towels are not washed. No hygienic. Ground water only served for drinking.
