I find this property via Make my Trip and location was good without any doubt.The female manager and receptionist have no knowledge regarding bookings through makemytrip.They don’t know about complimentary tea. They have no staff for kitchen for morning shift. I can say poor service.They said that they didn’t get payment on makemytrip even after booking is confirmed. How this is possible as after confirmation of payment our booking is confirmed. Manager said you have to pay again if they didnt get payment that was very disappointing.Even though I have shared email and Whatsp message of invoice too.
