Coconut Beach Farm | Rooms & Wi-Fi

We had visited Coconut Beach Resort in July 2019 along with family. We had booked 4 super deluxe rooms and 1 duplex room for us. Our experience over there was as follows- Location: We didn't have any difficulties in locating the resort. So it was good. Rating is 4 out of 5. Rooms: The rooms we had booked had moldy smell due to wet walls. We felt the rooms could have been maintained more effectively than they do it currently. Rating is 2 out of 5. Amenities: The resort has swimming pool, carrom, dart game and play area for kids. All the amenities were very well maintained and functional even in heavy rains. Our kids enjoyed a lot. Rating is 5 out of 5. Food: We had ordered veg as well as chicken and seafood. Everything was prepared superbly and was very tasty. The only thing we didn't like much was prawns curry which we felt was on the sweeter side. However, later their chef told us that someone from our family had asked to make it less spicy. So can't complain there much. Rating is 5 out of 5. Staff: The staff was polite throughout our stay. They catered to all needs of ours even at 2 am at night when we woke them up to resolve non-functional of AC in one of the room. Rating is 5 out of 5.

The place is nice and the staff was very helpful and humble. We met an aunty over there who helped us throughout our stay so +1 for her hospitality. The bathrooms were okish and i think they could have been better and cleaner. The food was good, not too overpriced. The nagaon beach to very close to this place (by walk around 5-10 mins) which is very convenient. The only problem with this place is that it is very far from the main alibaug city (almost 1 hr from mandwa port) so if you are going there on a ferry it will cost you time and extra money. Otherwise the place is good to visit with your friends and family.

The location was decently okay. It's very calm and peaceful around. The Coconut Beach Farm | Rooms & Wi-Fi is clean and so are the rooms, but you gotta get used to the insects around because it's surrounded by greenery. The property is pretty and has parking too. For breakfast it's not like regular Coconut Beach Farm | Rooms & Wi-Fis, they have a few things on display and otherwise you gotta request for it which they would be happy to fulfill. It's a small resort with regular stuff and people so don't expect extraordinary and luxury services out of it. But overall it was a great stay. Value for money.

Overall very good resort, value for money, very good for family, seen many families enjoying there, kids friendly, swimming pool and common area is good timepass, restaurant inside, but no fancy amenities, or nothing hi-tech, also propety is near to beach, theme rooms are feel-good factor, boat, tent, tree house, etc. The best part is staff, all of them are helpful and no tantrums, good room service, the manager mr nandi is perfect, smiling face, supportive, offers useful suggestions, maintaining very well and handling without any hassle,

Hospitality & staff 5* food 3. 5(there should be more options) room 4* gardens and plantation 4* cleanliness 3* (would have loved more if they could have worked on the cleaning and mosquitoes problem solving. Swimming pool 4* overall a good and comfortable stay in the firm amid-st natural beauty. I also loved their concept of arrangement of indoor and outdoor sports activities like chess and badminton and so on. Its was overall an awesome experience of mini-vacation wich was planned. 1. Property and rooms hygiene was perfectly maintained by caretakers. 2. Abhijit who managed everything for us and the chef with caretaker were the key people who where best in their work as we observed. 4. Staff were completely vaccinated and very gentle polite to speak. 5. Food quality was next to awesome exactly like we have at home n taste was really commendable. 6. Would really think of visiting again to this vacation place.

Little bit costly but arrangements, crowd and facilities were good. Pool was nice property had coconut trees. Had good vibes, there were some webs in the washroom which shouldn't be there on cloth racs as well. We stayed in tree house. Food was okay it was prepared in there kitchen only, got complementary breakfast. Staff is cooperative. Net- nice place to chill had music around the pool too, can be more budget friendly, closer to nagaon beach. Would recommend this place.

This property is 1 km far from nagaon beach. As long as you have a vehicle, things are super easy. There is sufficient space for parking. Staff is very courteous, especially ram and rukmini devi who handle the restaurant. Food quality is very good. Everything is freshly made. Price is also reasonable. Swimming pool is well maintained. Wifi is mostly available in ground floor only. I could not find any negatives there. Pleasant stay overall.

It was excellent stay. We booked the boat house and it was superb. Care takers were very good.

Excellent rooms comfort and cozy Good hospitable, water sport beach is 3 Km away However the nagaon is at 5Km. The resort is well equipped with indoor games like carom chess and outdoor games cricket badminton and also provides cycle Happy getaway with family and friends.

Everything was there worth staying

Its speciality is its serene surroundings, comfortably close to the market and nearby beaches even has a disc at a 3 min distance. A comfortable stay. The only complaint is the staff doesn't get to work before 10 am on weekdays so carry your kettle for morning tea, though during the rest of the day the food is amazing and the staff is helpful.

Rooms should be larger, none of them are more than 120 to 130 square feet, linen should be relatively new, hardly any space in the facility for kids to play. Staff is good, food is good.

We booked one tree house and one deluxe room. There is no much difference in both the room. Both rooms were average clean. Staffs were really good and response was prompt.

We read the reviews and liked the boat house and booked it. It was a good trip with nice boat shaped room. Food was average. Services were good overall. Nice swimming pool but broken ladder.
