Terrible Stay

When I booked the room , it was shown to be very nice. But when I went to check in at 11 PM, I saw that the room had neither a TV nor an attached bathroom, no wardrobe, and not even a hook to hang clothes. The room only had a bed. If the room was like this, then should not have taken the payment. I checked out at 2 AM. The room was very dirty—no cleanliness at all. Even the blanket was very dirty. The wallpaper on the walls was torn. I was in Room No. 104 on the first floor. Please refund my money. My weekend has been ruined.
