they are providing the worst service. .they are asking for extra money for good rooms. cheap and dirty maintenance 4 road side rooms are much better than this hotel

They demanded extra payment while checking in. They denied checkin for the price shown on make my trip saying it's less which was already prepaid.

Please never book this hotel. This hotel seems cheap but it is then worst decision. The rooms are dirty, smelly and in pathetic condition. The location is also not good. At-least for me i received booking confirmation cab from uber after 30 minutes. In short do not book this hotel. My stay at this hotel was on 16nov2024. The picture of hotel are different.

First they told wait for sometimes and they denied check in after calling mm t customer care they allowed check in after 3 hour. While booking this property mm t mentioned breakfast included but whatever the the services posted by the mm t for this property is not provide by hotel. No breakfast, no wifi, no cleaning, overall waste of money

The receptionist asked for extra amount irrespective of my complete booking. Cupboards not clean and not in working condition. Washroom not clean

Unfortunately it was very bad experience at the hotel. As i called him day before my checking for confirmation they asked me to pay extra money for room. So when i reached there i had paid 800 rupees extra for the room inspite of this the room condition was not upto the mark. Uncleaned bed sheet and un hygienic washroom. It was terrifying experience for me.

After the booking of hotel room i called the hotel before day of stay and asked for early check-in they have agreed. And on the day of stay when i reached the hotel and asked for early check-in they denied that they haven't received any call about that and made me wait for nearly one hour and if i needed early check-in they have demanded for extra money. After all the hassle, later i checked in to the room. The room is nice but the air conditioning is not working and there is power cut for 3 to 4 times. The worst experience in my life.

Literally they are doing froud, charging extra money for no reason, very rod behaviour even police also not responding properly

Room and bathroom were spacious. Cleanliness (bedsheet and bathroom) were very good. They had tables and chairs if anyone is interested to work from home. Bathroom was clean and bigger in size. They have automatic gate locking system. Wifi speed was good.

You are asked to pay extra money even though you have confirmed booking with payment already done. Otherwise they won't give you room. If you argue with them they give worst reason but no use. Secondly room is not cleaned properly, my room is getting cigarette smell. They can't even provide you water, when asked for water they said water is chargeable.

It was terrible offcourse, the experience, just because of your representative's behaviour and response i had written bad. Else stay booked and didn't happen then what review for. Thanks

First of all don't get fooled by the look of the building pic. It's not the original view, hotel is located at the back side road and you will get the first shock when u try to stop on the road the road is so congested you are not allowed for a 2 wheeler parking and leave alone car. The hotel is shabbily maintained and it's not even 10% of the looks that are in the picture

We have paid the amount. Instead of that i have charged beyond extra. That to the management is not well behaved.

Hotel staff is very rude. Not answered properly. Bad room. Smelled room very bad. In photo looks good . Very very very third class service, room. If you booked room with breakfast but there is no any breakfast available. They will charge for breakfast something 300 rs per day and refund only 88 rs for breakfast. So never go very bad experience.

We have not stayed there. The hotel denied check in. Even costumer care executive failed to support us. We lost our money, valuable time plus lot of mental pressure. We had to book another hotel for stay. Will not use this app again. Its a trap. No customer support received from make my trip side.

The hotel peoples asking more money, they are asking to pay again in the reception. As i refused to pay, they given me very poor room, no ac and the windows and doors are also not possible to close properly. Very bad experience

Stains were observed on the bed. They even didn't provide clean pillow covers. Poor housekeeping. They didn't clear the trash cans. Management initially denied check-in and later agreed after i connected with makemytrip customer care associates. Staff were not behaving properly to the guest.

Owner ask for 500 rs. When i denied to give he says that he don’t have a room then i called to oyo customer care then they said don’t have a room after that they say to me why you call to customer care if you pay 500 ill give you room.
