Not a good experience

Need to wait to get the room booked for 3 hours. Room provided was not upto the mark. Shower and flush were not working. . Washroom was not clean. Staff members were confused as all were giving contradictory remarks. But behaviour was good. But display of poor management.
Cleaning efforts were made by the hotel staff
