There wasn’t any amenities provided. There was no water in the Wash basin. No toileteries provided. Breakfast was included in the cost while booking however no breakfast provided

It’s not a hotel it’s lodge with stinky walls and pathetic smell and everything is horrible. I suggest everyone do not go to the property.

Very bad service, Door lock issue, Basin water supply, very bad wifi connection. 1 Stuff eligance against us due to door sound. Bad experience.

Pathetic bathroom, no water offered. The hotel receptionist was very rude and refused check-in though the room was booked. I booked from monday to thursday and when i visited the hotel early in the morning and requested for check-in, the receptionist told me he doesn't have room and if wanted to check-in the has to pay early check-in charges. The bedsheets and top sheet were very dirty with different types of spots. It's just an hourly stay type of hotel. Overall a pathetic hotel and not for family or family type people.

When i saw the room in plat form it was fine, they asked me extra money even after i paid for a room even they told, they didn't received the money. When i questioned them they gave me a room which is so untidy.

The cozy atmosphere of this hotel made it a perfect choice. The rooms were warm and inviting.

Asked me to pay extra amount on top of mm t booking. Rooms are dirty. No room cleaning for even 1 single day in my entire 5 days stay. Very unprofessional. Asked me to pay for water bottle as well. So not even 1 bottle a day.

It was a terrible experience. When i reached the hotel they said there is no booking and we haven't got the money. So i had to book a new hotel by mine at night at 2 am. Very bad experience with makemytrip.

Asked extra money to confirm whereas my stay was fully paid and non refundable so i have to give extra 500 then asking for water they charge 25 per bottle extra which is a basic commodity no room freshener room was stinking. Keep troubling by asking different questions which is again the invasion of privacy
