Collection O Rajdhani Near Lal Mahal

Rate list and menu list was older and when I reached for final payment I have to pay more than I had calculated. The receptionist told me that the menu in the room was older and price list had been changed. This is something that lack transparency. Though taste and quantity of order was very good. Second thing was there is no one to assist you and take you to your room. There is no one to give you knowledge about amenities in the room and to handle tap water as it was complicated and different from the one we used at home. Overall good experience

Location is in the city area and away from the pune railway station.
Room was very spacious and large. One sofa and bed also there in the room. Hotel is in the middle of the city area and away from pune railway station. Staff was very well behaved and co-operative. One thing i don't like is that Collection O Rajdhani Near Lal Mahal has no restaurant. Otherwise it is best budget Collection O Rajdhani Near Lal Mahal to stay.

Overall stay was good. Worth for the money. Food was good might take some time when you order but they prepare fresh and supply with reasonable price. Few suggestions please keep a small soap and a towel. Bottle of water and two tumblers before the guest enters the room. Although it was provided on request. Keep the land line phone functioning. Otherwise, hygiene was maintained. Thanks. Regards.

This is an excellent Collection O Rajdhani Near Lal Mahal. Located centrally. Well kept clean rooms and are spacious. I checked in quite late. The front office staff kept me in waiting for half an hour completing documenting check out of guests who had Long gone. Room service fellow had to be scolded for terrible check in. Rest good.

There was an issue about the id for check in. Did not accept PSU issued id or IIT Delhi issued id. Insisted on Aadhar or driving license saying it os oyo policy matter. Even for 3 in a room only 2 half litre water bottles provided. Toilet roll not provided again sighting oyo policy. Otherwise the room was neat and spacious.

I think the reception person they're hospitality is important, they are behaviors isn't good one is day shift and one is night both of person they're don't wear any uniform they're sitting like a woner it's don't mind woner or workers, good behaviors is very important , I hope they will change their behavior.. cleaning is

Hotel is very friendly all staff are so cooperative, room is very cleaned and need. Location of Collection O Rajdhani Near Lal Mahal also near to railway Station, so easily can get. Breakfast also good. I recommend everyone to stay at Rajdhani Hotel whenever they come at Pune.

Before march 2020 it was my first choice Collection O Rajdhani Near Lal Mahal. Room service, breakfast all were excellent. But now within my 4 day stay nobody cleaned my room, breakfast quality is very poor. Location is excellent. But service to b revived

It was a good stay at this Hotel. Staff was so friendly and always ready for the service.

Nice stay at close proximity to Pune Station. You can walk will take only 5 min. The only drawback is the size of the washroom else everything was up to the mark.
