Hotel kuch tha mila kuch very bad experience raha 1 raat kharar karne ke baad fir dushra thik thak room mila service bhi thik nhi hai humeri flight late thi us-me bhi hotel wale ne 1 hour bhi extra rukne ke lye mana kaur diya 11 bje hi bihar kar diya or humeri flight ke lye hum e 4 bje nikalna tha.

Hotel provide us food even it was not in the 0ackage according to them but we already book including food overall good experience

Food quality is not upto mark. As we get food may be same as given yesterday night. Poolside area must be need to clean

Surrounding were dirty and room had bad smell and there wiring is old because of the my laptop charger got damaged

The infrastructure is very old and terrible

The property was not on the name - oyo 9411. We had to ask after reaching location Whole resort was like some old residential quarters. Rooms were big but not in good condition. Old tiles old doors, broken windows, smell was coming from room. No latches in bathroom, no towels, shops, shampoo were given and they don't have any intercom facility. Rates should be low for this kind of property

Good property in a budget stay

Hotel buildings are too old. Walls are peeling off there is no maintenance. Receptionists are not interact properly they don't even respond your queries. Pools are smells badly. Not couples friendly it feels like ghost house, in the evening there is no light

As per the makemytrip rooms where not up the mark and room service too. Over all whole experience was terrible. Kindly inform to the concern management and make the things get done.

The stay is too good in a resort, that we got as a compliment from Oyo. All thanks to Oyo captain and Barun from Oyo hospitality team, who has been so kind enough in case of any issues.

Not at all as shown in picture. Rooms are from previous era, every inch of balcony has its own farm of fungus. Food service they provide is abysmal. I booked room through MakeMyTrip for three nights, after looking at the condition, I checked out next morning itself(hardly I stayed there for 13 hours and checked out before 11AM). But since I payed beforehand for 3 nights, they deducted 2 nights charge for my 13 hour stay. Simply ridiculous to say at least. I literally paid extra amount to get out of the this mess they call "resort".

No room service, ac not working properly, no hot water, horrible response at reception, wifi connection is very poor, at least mobile signal also not getting at room.

It's good place for stay with family and friends

Worst experience. Stayed here before in Dec 2017 and everything was perfect but now seems they lost it completely. One pool was under maintenance so they told us to use the 2nd pool. When we check it we saw a group of 4-5 boys washing they're undergarments and shows in the swimming pool. We made a complaint at reception but now action taken. We left the hotel a second day. Not expected.

Hotel is very interior. No network coverage. Food is ok type

Because of our staying experience, we decide to never book OYO facilities.

Breakfast provided wasn't tasty at all. These guys can't even cook poha. Tea provided wasn't strong enough.
Service wasn't so good. We had to call several times to get drinking water to the room. On one morning, there was no water in the bathroom, we had to call them and wait for water to come. Breakfast provided wasn't tasty at all.

Good place to stay, good food, good staff, best value for money. I love this place.

Nice Resort. I was stay there for 3 day's. It was very nice. Staffs are good. Also nice place for family.
