Comfort Hotel,Dibrugarh

it's a very good hotel. I have previous experience in this hotel. But breakfast is very poor.

Geyser not working. Rooms were not cleaned timely. Location was good as it is in the main centre.

Good location. Cooperative staff. Very courteous service. Good food. Rooms very spacious. Overall good experience.

I search from make my Trip n really I was staying with my family n it was very awesome stay n the staff n room hospitality n catering service especially in buffet was good like to visit again n also recommend others to stay in comfort hotel which really makes you comfortable... thanks hotel manager for his kind n good service

the location is great, in the market area and easy accessible, the hotel from outside looks a great one. easy connectivity from main road, but the wi-fi just does not work, when infd the reception, they had no clue how to make it up and running. the b/f is also good as in complimentary. the staffs are helpful

room Service is little poor like earlier but overall it's a great stay in terms of hygiene and all.Recieptions people behaviour is also good but sorry to say room service is very poor..You need to improve service..

Good hotel in middle of the town

Overall stay was good but washroom could have been better. One suggestion to add more menu in complimentary breakfast.

Rooms are quite old and Smales are coming from it. Cloths are also dirty. Breakfast food items are too less.

The room is perfect for family and friends. Comfort stays as the hotel's name 'comfort. Even the receptionist arranged the transit facility to the airport and so humble.

The best part is its location. Easy access to good restaurants, malls, market etc. The person who was at the reception when we checked in needs some good hospitality training. Very rude way of talking. While there was another two who greets us with a good smile and has a politeness while speaking. The hotel also needs to improve their hygiene. Decent buffet breakfast. Overall a good stay.

Hotel had charged rs. 210 extra for breakfast for children weather it was complementary for all. I have paid as i was not having time to discuss more. Please process for refund. Thanks

This is a good choice to stay. Food is good and reasonable.
