Terrible Stay

Nobody in property during check in and check out. They guide us through phone how to open the property door. We experienced power cut too(no power backup. Rooms cleanliness was below average.

familyI would never recommend anyone to stay here, i had booked this accommodation from 24th to 26th dec. On the first day they gave me the rooms that i had booked but it lacked any kitchen appliances, blankets and geyser in bathroom. The second day they mentioned they will shift us to the next building for our stay, but they shifted us around 2 kms away and took us to a room which did not even have a ceiling fan. When we complained regarding the same they shifted us to a property which did not even have a proper gate and opened in a small lane where even your luggage will not fit in. I faced this inconvenience and they were not even ready to accept their mistake. They are a group all owners of coastal elegance, elegance of black beach and yogheswara stay by marshmallow all are connected and are cheaters
