Society was good, appartment was avarage, ac was not working in one room and tv was also not working.

Our experience was terrible- to say the least. Wifi, ac, geyser- none of them were working, the property smelled bad and was shady. With absolutely no mobile network in the property and no wifi, we had to go stand on streets, ad-mist rain, to reach the owner- who conveniently ignored all our calls. Checking in here was a nightmare !

Our stay at the apartment was nothing short of fantastic. The cozy ambiance and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. Plus, its convenient location allowed us to explore the vibrant neighborhood with ease. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, and convenience during their stay.

No room cleaning for the stay, bathroom is too dirty and there are no toiletries provided, no one has came for room cleaning had aa terrible experience

Location was good, staff was cop operative, rooms were cleaned, but there should be two bathrooms when it is two bhk flat rest everything is fine highly recommend

We stayed here for 3 days with a family of 5. It had 1 king sized bed and 1 double bed which can accommodate 3 average sized people easily. Pros: -the place looked as they showed in mmt. Which was good as we have had poor experiences on this in past. - it had swimming pool but we didnt use -it had working water purifier -amit who owns/manages the property was approachable and friendly. Just a call away. - working lift. - good parking space. Cons: while the place had everything tv, ac, washing machine, induction, fridge, electric kettle, microwave etc. It definitely needed maintainance. The house was clean overall but the the appliances and door needed maintainance though. - the bathroom shower ( knob kept falling) and flush ( worked sometimes) was a major problem. - one of the ac remote didnt have a working cell hence we had to interchange cells to operate. Overall i would rate it above average for the cost we paid.

Worst rooms ever. Full of cockroaches. Water not coming in washrooms and flush not working. Worst experience ever

We loved the stay and amith was just a call away for any issues if there. He also recommended us good places to visit or have food and since we were traveling with our pet it was a pet friendly place and we loved it.

Location and apartment was good but services like cleaning were not there tv remote was not there no maid comes after regular phone calls with owner no care taker was there owner didn't respond to calls mosquito repellent was not there no soap or hand wash in the bathroom not enough utensils

It's just like home. Need a clean.

Management is not good, owner is so rude, hygiene is ok but in this price you will get 10 times betters rooms near by area.

The three-bedroom room was very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items, and the staff was very very helpful. You have all stove, cooker, etc, and aqua-guard as well. Smart tv with wifi and all the applications even you have iron box too. As is the case throughout goa, the road is very narrow to get to. There are numerous restaurants nearby. Candolim beach is 1. 5 kilometres away.

Just highlighting one major thing for tourists. While you book this room just don't add breakfast and pay for it in advance Because even after paying for the breakfast they did not provide breakfast. Hope they will provide the refund which they charged for the breakfast. Otherwise it is a very good room for a family or groups stay.
