*Feedback on Recent Stay at dayal Hotel una himachal pradesh * I recently visited dayal Hotel for work-related purposes around 10:30 PM and was impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff. Despite booking a Gold Room, I was upgraded to a Platinum Room without any prior request, showcasing the team's proactive approach. Additionally, when I mentioned that there would be three of us, the staff kindly arranged an extra bed in the room without any additional charges. The staff's cooperation and courtesy were noteworthy, particularly with the wake-up call service. I requested a 5:00 AM wake-up call, which was delivered promptly. The hotel's ambiance, environment, and overall experience were excellent. Hotel service is not worth the price 😕 I stayed recently for 3 days. Lift was not working properly, towels were of poor quality, room was not neat and clean. There was no soap, handwash in the washroom. Though it is known as VIP hotel but not worth seriously.

Nice location But room is not property maintained related to guest experience.

We checked-in around 8:30 pm ,but the linens were not clean. We had to call them multiple times to get the room and linen cleaned. We were served cold dry food. The breakfast options are pathetic.. only aloo pyaaz parantha, cold Sandwich, toast, or poha.. with tea or coffee.. all are pre made early morning.they will heat up and give u..waste of money. very slow service at restaurant. the dishes have to be changed multiple times to get a clean plate. overall very bad experience.

Food is ok

It was a wonderful stay. All our travel and accommodation requests were fully catered to by Mr. Jeevan Sharma, the Front Office Manager. Will be delighted to stay at Dayal again.

Overall experience was good even staff is very supportive. Our stay was for one week and also i liked one thing that staff give us room upgradation

This was the second time, was bit late then scheduled but was happy the way yhey were waiting at 2. 00 am in night, and as previous stay it was very good.

Stay was not comfortable as transportation facilities are poor. Difficult after 8pm. The reception at 11 am after travel-ling of 500 kms was not good. For early check by an hour, asked rs 500 additional. The gst bill yet not received from hotel

So i ask them about the early breakfast. Add they denied and they tell we can provide you sandwiches in early morning and i call them in morning to send sandwiches to my room so they denied kitchen is not opened yet. They charged me for breakfast also but didn’t provide pathetic service. Do not recommend to anybody

Own hotel in Una Himachal Pradesh rooms are clean staff was frndly front office manager Mr Jeevan Sharma very helpful parson

Location is on road, food amenities and services are very good. We require extra bed and it is provided by hotel. Central ac is very good. One thing that requires attention is cable tv signal. It sometimes not showing clear channels.

Clean and comfortable rooms and nice ambience. Staff gets too confused with orders though food is good as per quality and portion is concert. Would recommend

Dayal hotel has very nice ambience, i gave 4 rating as the room service is slow, our morning breakfast was not even delivered even after multiple calling to room service and reception. The washroom flush was chocked. No thanks

Nice view from the room. Rooms with balcony are great. Comfortable stay. Value for money. Prices are decent as compared to the nearby hotels. Construction is new.
