Devonshire Greens - The Leisure Hotel & Spa

Overall good experience. There are good and some improvements required. 1. Hotel allowed early checkin as we reached early morning which was very helpful 2. Location and view from Devonshire Greens - The Leisure Hotel & Spa is amazing 3. Food quality and taste need improvement based on experience of the dishes ordered during dinner. Breakfast was good though. 4. The room service needs improvements. We had to call multiple times for water delivery to room. 5. Quality of towels, sofas in rroon need significant improvement considering this Devonshire Greens - The Leisure Hotel & Spa is considered in luxury segment. We got torn towels which is not expected in this price segment. Sofa in our room was very dirty and we didn't use it. 6.

I had an amazing stay at this Devonshire Greens - The Leisure Hotel & Spa, which is perfectly tucked in the mountains just 10 minutes from main munnar city. The valley view from the room was breathtaking, and the sound of the nearby attukad waterfalls added to the serene atmosphere. The rooms were exceptionally neat and clean, offering excellent views. Ample parking space was a big plus, and the complimentary breakfast had a great spread. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made our stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat close to nature, this is the perfect spot!

Room service is very poor. Reception staff is uncooperative. Morning buffe is nice, i w rang reception to send bill to pay to checkout, but staff called me to reception, this is not decent way. The cooperation and liasioning among different wings like reception, restorent, housekeeping is completely missing. The Devonshire Greens - The Leisure Hotel & Spa view, rooms, environment are really excellent, hygene is maintained but Devonshire Greens - The Leisure Hotel & Spa management needs to refine and train the human resource.

This property is at a lower altitude to Munnar but offers a good view from the room itself. I traveled in Jan end and the weather was just pleasant. No feeling of cold weather at all. Further you've to be entirely dependent on the resort for culinary needs. Choose this property if you want to relax and don't choose if you want many tourist facilities near your stay

Hotel location very suitable and nearby waterfalls! Rooms were great with brilliant view! Hotel had good facilities ! Food was bit expensive and quality can be improved! Hospitality was great! But some of the complimentary services were not offered as per requirement such as driver accommodation and guided trek

A wonderful experience. We stayed for 3 nights and the staff went out of their way to take care of us. The food was delicious, especially the Kerala and north Indian dishes. The views from the Mountain Arena were fabulous.

Room was good, food good, overall property is nice only one thing is about wifi. Enjoy clouds, mountain through balcony.

Amazing view, clean rooms and very great staff. 6km from main market, but Devonshire Greens - The Leisure Hotel & Spa food is also good. Their breakfast menu has variety of options.

Hotel is located at peaceful place near valley. The valley view from room is amazing. Staff is very polite and helpful. Food is good with variety of options.
