Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The food was good, the room was neat and clean, and the location was near the Golden Temple. Special thanks to Mr. Vishal, he was very humble.

Room size is actually smaller as compared to what it looks like They have good ratings because they only stand by your side to make you rate them well. Other than that, nobody cares for you. transport facility to Golden Temple or to other places is only for a short time during the day. it's not for 24 hours.

Location is good, it is near to the bus stop and the food is really good, and rooms are also good but few furniture items need maintenance.

Staff are generally described as friendly, helpful, prompt. Reception, & dining staff is very polite & decently. Value for Money Rooms are decent, facilities reasonably good, food acceptable. Some complimentary perks like fruit basket and cookie jar are appreciated. Cleanliness & Room Comfort (with caveats) rooms and bathrooms is clean and decent. Beds, linens etc are fine. Food food is “tasty” and well prepared.the breakfast is good enough.

The stay was very good - convenient location, polite staff behaviour. They can improve the breakfast buffet offering.

We were 5 couples, we stayed for 3 nights. It was a value for money from cost PoV but everything else was beyond our expectation like food prepared by chef Mr Yadav including Jain food, the personal attention by Mr Dhruv on all our requirements including our request to get VIP pass for Attari border, location of the hotel to all attractions , help to book local and out station cab taxi booking!!

Hotel is decent ,location is also good ,staff is so polite(compare to all staff Sardar ji so polite)
