Not worth the price. Of 5000 per night.

1. Cleanliness - not good enough. When we entered the toilet commode was not clean. 2. Food - extremely limited option. Only idli available for breakfast. Food not even served in proper plates. They use disposable paper plates, which is difficult to eat with. No flasks for tea/coffee served to room. 3. Access - poor. One needs walk up and down ramps and steps for about 2 floors. Only saving grace is that property is close dolphin nose trek.

Thanks for your comments sir. 1. Cleanliness-We have cleaned the room before your entry. Due to heavy rain there is a possibility of mud and dust particles. 2. Food- We have asked you about breakfast you haven't ordered anything. So we prepared common food which was idle on that Since we have a home kitchen, If you have ordered in advance we could prepare it for you. For the ready to serve purpose we have served coffee with tumblers. Since it was a rainy day, for the easy disposable purpose we have served you with disposable plates. If you have asked at that time we would have provided you normal washable plates. 3. Access- We have described all about our location along with photos on the website itself. In human life mistakes ll happen. We'll correct our mistakes in future. Anyway thanks for your comments sir.🙏🙏 Pranams

Place is good, but rooms are not maintained well, was not clean & the flooring has come out in multiple places, no food options for vegetarians …

Hearty thanks for your comments sir. Firstly, you have mentioned that our maintenance was poor. If you have informed us during the entry time or staying time, we could have taken actions like change of room or cleaning your registered room but you haven't informed or queried us during the staying period. Secondly, you have mentioned about the food availability. Since we have a home kitchen we need some time for purchase of groceries based on your order and also for food preparation. On that day we asked about your food order earlier but you haven't ordered any food at that time. Later you have ordered food , since it was a late rainy night we weren't able to buy groceries during that late rainy night. Sorry for the inconvenience sir. familySure, here's the corrected version: we are two families who stayed at this hotel. It was an amazing experience; we even saw bison near our room. We appreciate the response from the resort owner. Overall, the experience was good for this price range, and it's very close to dolphin's nose.

It was mentioned in the description that it has two queen beds and also the room shown in the picture is not the one they showed us here. In the picture they showed the family room as a whole cottage but it is not when we came here

familyThe property located in the mid off delphine nose and vattakanal falls. Stay was comfortable. Need little bit of experience in driving road is steep. View is good. Need to improve on breakfast.

Great view but average rooms.

View was very good but really difficult to get into & out of the property by car as it’s really steep car could get stuck so once you are there you get stuck up & they don’t have a restaurant have options on the main road outside. Room bathrooms were clean but bathrooms were small no wet dry concept gets difficult if you are used to it. Breakfast idli was the best i ever had. Overpriced we paid 9 k for a family of 4 shouldn’t have been more than 3 or 4 k.

It's was very pleasant and peaceful stay. The facility having an extra vagrant view. Those prefer a vacation in kodaikanal, this is the best and excellent choice.
