EKOSTAY - Alpine Villa

This property by Ekostay was nice property and it's well furnished. We had a wonderful stay in this villa. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. The caretaker was very professional and helpful. They will are available whenever we need it. The food was tasty. The bedroom was comfortable and clean.

Worst Experience Ever – Do Not Book Alpine Villa, Alibaug I rarely write reviews, but our recent stay at **Alpine Villa in Alibaug** was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. We stayed here for a couple of days and faced **severe electricity and water issues** throughout. Imagine being on a getaway and having to constantly chase basic necessities like power and running water—something any property should ensure by default! Despite **repeated calls to multiple people**, including the **Ekostay team and MakeMyTrip support**, **no one showed up to help us**. The lack of response and responsibility was beyond shocking. There was **no on-site staff**, no manager, no emergency contact who actually responded. We were left completely helpless. What made this worse is that we had a **small child with us**, and the situation became extremely difficult and unsafe. No electricity meant no fan in the sweltering heat, and no water meant no access to drinking water or even basic hygiene. It’s appalling that such properties are even listed on platforms like MakeMyTrip. This was not just an inconvenience—it ruined our entire trip and put our child’s health at risk. **Stay away from Alpine Villa and think twice before booking through EckoStay or MakeMyTrip**, as they clearly do not vet their properties or provide any customer support when things go wrong. **Totally unprofessional, irresponsible, and unacceptable.*
