couplePros. Peaceful antique furnitures giving a great look to the room lighting cons not so clean. Insect bites was easy to find the hotel staff were ok but no strict hand sanitisation no breakfast available possibly due to covid situation

familyThe rooms are large and spacious. Great location, walkable distance from fort Kochi beach. There is no room service or housekeeping facility although the one guy who's at the reception does all the work. The rooms leaked when it rained. The renovation work was still under progress. Overall a decent place to stay under in a small budget.

coupleWash room was not clean. Services and ambiance neat satisfied. I checked in on 10. 30 and checked out may be in 2 hours. I didn't like the cleanliness of room also.

This hotel is not well maintained. The hotel staff is polite but very unprofessional. Service is very slow, especially the breakfast. They might just take ages to make a toast or a coffee. Rooms are average and have a weird smell.

Place was good.. The surroundings are great.. The guys managing and working there are quite friendly and respectful.. Overall it's a great place to stay for a couple of days during weekends as it's quite near to fort Kochi.

This is a home stay with basic room and facilities. The rooms are clean and the staff is courteous. For a short stay with friends, when you are out most of the time, this is perfect value for money. You can also ask to rent a bike at the reception which they will arrange.
