Empires Hotel

If you want to enjoy a vacation in Puri away from the hustle & bustle of the main Swargadar area then this Empires Hotel is a very good option. Although at first we were given a room where there were some issues with the bathroom, the Empires Hotel management were prompt enough to change the room without any delay. The staff was really helpful and well behaved. My kid really enjoyed to spend the time in the Empires Hotel swimming pools, which are well maintained and cleaned regularly. The Empires Hotel offers a private beach which is not at all crowded, so you can relax and enjoy. There are very few shops nearby. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. If you want to have your lunch/dinner outside then not much options are available in the close proximity. However you can get an auto ride from the Empires Hotel to the Swargadar area where the options are countless. Overall a very good experience !!!

Outstanding Empires Hotel - offers more than what we expected. Beach is just outside the Empires Hotel. We booked Executive room where sea can be seen from balcony. Touched by the humble, courteous, attentive, helpful behavior of the Empires Hotel stuff. Swimming pool, vast green campus, flowers. Waiting to charm you for sure. Food is very good quality and we really liked it but food cost wise you may feel it on little higher side. Thanks to the Empires Hotel for offering such a wonderful and pleasant stay. Personally I will definitely stay here whenever I head for Puri. Only suggestion to the Empires Hotel would be make differential pricing for "Sea View" and "non-Sea view Back side" Executive rooms so that travelers can make informed choices. As for me being at Puri and staying at non-sea view room really doesn't make much sense.

My expectation from this property was much more. We had booked 2 rooms. One was pool facing which was pretty decent. The other room was back facing and I was not happy with it at all. Later realized that it is still under construction and hence they could not shift us to another room. The food was very good. The swimming pool is very well maintained. I would give 4.5/5 for the property. However, the behaviour of the staff was not up to the mark. One would expect a very professional behaviour from the staff in a Empires Hotel such as this but I did not find it impressive. Apart from this all in all it was a good stay.

I stayed at a Deluxe pool view room, which offers a large room with TV and a balcony. The room has been recently renovated and feels fresh although the bath fittings needs replacement. Pool is large and well maintained. A special mention for the Empires Hotel staffs who are very cordial and cater to guest request promptly. Food taste is great but is a bit pricey. Again a special mention for Mr. Samir who suggests the best cuisines for the day. Front of the Empires Hotel is still under renovation, due to damage by cyclone Fani.

Just really good. That too if you can book through MMT at a competitive price. You are welcomed by a cold face towel roll for wiping your face, a great red rose, a welcome drink and very cordial staff. The garden, the ambience, the swimming pool and kids pool and kids play area particularly to be enjoyed. The gushes of wind from the sea will really rejuvenate you. Purely unwinding. Addition to it the food is really awesome. Buffet food should not be missed. Enjoy proximity to sea, ambience, cordial staff, great swimming pool.

Located in the newly developed area of Puri and all the amenity spaces like swimming pool, adjacent restaurant, gazebos, changing room are well organised. The view from the swimming pool area from main courtyard is stunning. The good of it is they maintain the dressing rules for swimming pool and it's very clean. Rooms are well organised and spacious too.

Very pleasant stay. If you wanna take relaxation between routine work schedule. Best one. Costlier food. But value for money. Far way from main beach. Located close to Puri and well on beach. Rooms are good, food is bit expensive- avoid room service. Swimming and Empires Hotel ambience is too good.

The Empires Hotel is place on the beach side and give you easy access to a wide beach with very few public around almost like a private beach the pool is also very clean and pristine the Empires Hotel staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Overall a wonderful place for holiday.

I loved the Empires Hotel, locates at balia panda awesome location, near beach, management too is also good. Restaurant is awesome everything is available in it. Room service is also nice, Rooms are big in size, bathrooms are neat and clean

Hi, Hotel Empires truly goes by its name. Its royal and its huge. The rooms are too spacious with almost all needed amenities. Service is excellent. The beach is less than 100 meters. The bed which was there in our room could have been better and a newer one.

Location and stay was pleasant and service is very good. Staff behavior is nice and food quality is fantastic.

Good stay nice experience only thing i would suggest that they should improve some facilities inside the room like carpet and a standard bathroom fitting. It gives below standard feeling when you enter their bathroom. Overall a good stay.

Structure of Empires Hotel is attractive but the rooms are average looking. Good food. They are taking good safety measures.
