Amenities were not up to the mark. Basics like slippers are only provided on demand. After repeated reminders room was not cleaned. Dental kit was not available and given on last day. No water bottles were available neither extra teabags,there were no coffee pouches. Fridge was not working no items in room bar. When I asked room service for help it came as surprise to them, that a guest could demand something. I am not sure how do they meet standards of a 3 star.

In the starting, I was disappointed to see the room and facility, it was very dirty and noisy room. Mr. Abhishek understand my all the issues and resolved it and finally I got good room in the Empress Court hotel.

Average hotel with good hygiene but small rooms

Location too good, food very tasty but a little bit expensive, service and staff behaviour was good.

Good for 1-night halt. The location is good and food is also good.

Booked for super deluxe room but it was not up to the mark, small rooms, washroom was also very narrow, no warm running water flow in taps and shower, shower was also very slow, after asking for tea kettle given but tea kit was unavailable till morning, no specific place for tea kettle, breakfast service was fantastic but quality was not good. Amenities was also not properly available.

Hotel rooms are stinky, dusty, not cleaned up well, hotel staff is rude, they are having very unprofessional speaking manner, even after calling again and again room service is not available many of the times. Breakfast was delayed about half an hour

Good hotel like to prefer other also

Hotel is very good but need repairing. Staff and owner are very good, no problem.

Hotel is situated at centre of the City.

Good hotel located near Meerut cant Station small room very good staff and services food is quite good overall good budget hotel.

Nice stay and supportable, all hotel staff and good amenities and nice taste break fast and dinner so I am satisfy for that trip.

And if the rooms been more well maintained or clean then it would have been a good hotel

Stay was nice and comfortable. Staff was very courteous. Service was very good, good parking space. Overall good and family staying hotel.

It was my first time in this hotel. Value for money.
