Enrise by Sayaji Pune

Pune is a, regular place i visit quite often, this time i chose this hote. Hotel is near the mumbai pune highway, a typical business Enrise by Sayaji Pune. Rooms are specious, as brand sayaji foods are good i took dinner and breakfast buffet. Three points considered negative 1. The glass of the restaurant is single, little uncomfortable to sit near it in top summer, 8 ts hot. 2. Room hand washing liquid is rotten, i have complained they changed it too but i think the bulk stock is already expired. 3. Working table area the lights is poor 4. They are working with really little staff strength 5. Room amenities are basic i shall recommend this Enrise by Sayaji Pune to stay for a business, trip and i shall again try it. Staffs are polite and helpful. The Enrise by Sayaji Pune has parking facilities.

Room floor was not clean. Requested staff to mop it, they came but used a dirty mop to complete their formality to clean. Next day asked the cleaning person to wash the mop first (which he did and it took out a lot of previous dust from it) then mop the room. He cooperated to clean the room but we didn’t expect that we’ll end up acting like their unpaid training staff instead of feeling a royal guest. Another pain was their wifi service that needed a new passcode to log-in anytime we get a new device or the same device goes out of Enrise by Sayaji Pune and comes back. They issued 5 codes at a time so we don’t need to call them again and again. But the process could have been more simpler. Uniform of the front desk staff was stained/not clean which didn’t look professional.

Stayed for one night but there were lot of wrong information and bad service for customer. Even they could not have me cold water or ice. They did we have to buy from our side. There were big big flaps everywhere for buffet dinner and i went there during dinner time and they said no buffet and you can order from the room for all buffet items and i asked and place. Here staff was very good and they served and food was good. At check out they put all items as ala carte and i said they bring things which i never ordered and this bill now where no signature of mine should not be on me. I paid for the buffet amount and left. But overall it was full of attitude and if i would have little soft then they would have charged. Supposed to see response like this.

I am frequent visitor to Sayaji and Enrise sayaji . This is a good luxury Enrise by Sayaji Pune . Room size is quite decent approx (296 sq feet )They provide King size beds with comfort mattress which don’t hurt you back 😊. Cleanliness wise I will give 9 rating out of 10. Complimentary buffet spread is also decent not very lavish but quite decent , the live counters are good. Dosa and uttapam tastes nice . I will give a 7 out of 10 . It has ample parking . Staff is quite co-operative. The only thing which lacks is lack of toiletries , I request to add few toiletries. Over all I give a 8 out 10 .

The Enrise by Sayaji Pune is located near the wakad highway which makes it a great place to stay for anyone having work in baner, wakad, hinjewadi or chakan. They have a decent restaurant, good food on order and a nice breakfast spread. Rooms are comfortable and very spacious. I even managed to grab a 30 min workout at their gym on the 6th floor, however it was not very well maintained. Nonetheless it had what i needed for a quick workout. They have ample parking space, in case you're driving in. All in all i would rate it 4/5. I'm done

I'll start with a special mention for their service staff, they're simply outstanding, hospitable, and helpful. The next special mention goes to their kitchen staff, the food is just soooooo tasty. My suggestion is to take the plan with breakfast and dinner included. The buffets have a good variety of dishes and each dish is very tasty. Overall it's a small Enrise by Sayaji Pune with great service and they pay attention to the guests' needs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable too. Very clean rooms as well.

We had 2 nights stay at enrise by sayaji for a business trip. The overall experience was excellent and we were also given an update for our second day stay. The only issue we faced in this property was the washroom maintenance. We even shared this issue with the Enrise by Sayaji Pune executive while checking out. Rest this place highly recommended for business or family stay. The staff was polite and extremely helpful.

The Enrise by Sayaji Pune is decent with clean and spacious rooms. There are some issues which can be managed. The cold shower has very low pressure, it should be fixed. Also, the internet has an issue that we need to acquire code for every time when the internet gets disconnected. The breakfast is very good, you can find a variety of items. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

We had a excellent stay at Enrise by Sayaji Pune. Room was specious. We had dinner and breakfast. Both were very good with having lot of varieties specially starters and desserts were tasty. Breakfast also had lot of options. Overall we had a good time.

The location is just perfect. The rooms are big and comfortable. Toilets are neat and clean.

Neat and clean. Allotted wrong room initially which was not ready to occupy. But taken care immediately. Food is good.

There are no words in the dictionary to comment on their excellent service, location as well food quality. Everything was outstanding. Commented the same at reception also before departure. Reception guys were really soft spoken and helpful, mainly daljeet.

Room was clean and all the basic facilities worked well. Except for wifi which kept disconnecting and had to always call reception to a get new code for wifi authentication which was annoying

The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Staff is also quite friendly. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for great stay in a reasonable price point
