Very poor bathroom fittings and poor lighting.

Beautiful hotel with high hygiene and cleanliness standards. Food quality is good, amazing staff, very hospitable and caring. Special mention to Mr Ram Kumar, he was outstanding. We had a great time at the hotel. They are pet friendly too.

Great to stay here again with my pet dog most probably the only pet friendly hotel on Orchha good work.

It is an amazing hotel with five star quality hygiene and cleanliness standards. Room was spacious, very well maintained with comfortable bed. We had ghar ka khana, which was served in room, it was sumptuous with top notch service. Special mention to Mr. Anil Yadav, a true hotelier with a golden heart, always at your service. Mobile network is an issue as it is away from city and located in Orccha, a village near Jhansi but they provide free WiFi which resolves this issue. A must visit if you are looking at a peaceful stay vacation.

Too far from the City. Dirty towels. Mosquitos. Room not done and no sheet. Inexistant connection internet wifi.

Good location and good peacefull staff.
Good rooms. As no TV in room it was more peaceful.

The rooms are average. There are 3-4 staffs who are very welcoming. The food is very good and prepared fresh. However they have limited menu on their list. The place is 3 km away from the monument in Orchha. Good for people having vehicle.

The stay was good and as expected they did not disappoint me 2nd time.
Everything was good stayed with my pet dog and he loved the open space.

Hotel is good but it is outside city (isolated place). You can not commute till you have your own vehicle. Hotel does not have RO. It is well maintained. Hotel has limited staff (1-2) people. May be in peak season it has more.

Peace shattered by villagers chanting Sita Ram Sita Ram and singing off-key on loudspeakers through the night and morning. Can’t be heard in the room, but if you want to enjoy sitting outdoors or use your balcony, be prepared.

The place is a little outside the town limits in the midst of farms. Beautifully maintained property and great service. The food options are limited but the quality is great since it's freshly made on order. The rooms are cozy with amenities like geysers, AC, room heaters. All in all, a great stay experience

After travelling through Orchha town when you feel you're in the middle of nowhere, suddenly the bright lights of Faagun Haveli appeared like an oasis in the desert. A Home Stay, it's more like a farmhouse experience. Extremely cosy, comfortable and with courteous staff, it's everything one could hope for after a tiring road journey. The facilities are basic but adequate. The food is homely and sumptuous. The overall experience was of warmth and comfort.

This stay was a wonderful experience for many reasons like being located in the middle of an expansive open space with just village roads and distant sight of ancient temples. The service level of the staff was exemplary with every request being attended to in the quickest and most efficient way. Even the quality of food was delectable and that too for a very reasonable price.

A very good hotel, comfertable stay, well equipped room, very polite staff and above all a very appetizing breakfast. Would definitely stay again whe in Agra and above all a very appetizing breakfast. Would definitely stay again when I in Orchha

We stayed for 2 nights. The place is situated outside Orchha surrounded by fields. The room was spacious with basic ameneties. The staff is very polite and helpful, especially davinder and Anil. The food they serve is like home food but sorry to say the rates are too high for a place like Orchha. There was seepage of water in the wall in our room which was irritable at times. Overall a confertable stay.

We booking & advance Paid for Two days 25th Dec/ 27th December, but check out on 26th Dec'2017. Because of services and room condition. This is not the Haveli at lot, only they make few room in village that it. Very bad condition. No proper facility for tourists.
