VERY NEAT HOTEL AND HOTEL STAFF IS VERY COPERATIVE AND HELPFULL NATURE I WATNT TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND AGAIN

Pathetic hotel.. very very pore service very small and stinking room.. they didn’t even gave water to drink .. and just forget about rest basic amenities like towel soap our tea bar.. i got hurt with soo sharp unfinished furniture of the room and had to rush to a medicsl to stop bleeding.. and super dumped mattress and stinky pillows.. worst night of my life..

It was a shady lodge, not even a hotel. It was a terrible experience. Dirty rooms, no key provided, the guy came, opened the room and took the key back saying if you need to open ask me. Not even water is provided, let alone the included breakfast.

1. No water in washroom when I reach room by evening. When I given complaint they said morning only they will provide water. When I request for bucket of water they didn't provide. 2. AC not working properly. 3. Services not available many times requested after that they provide Services on extra charge on order item. 4. Breakfast not provided when I ask at the time of checkout at 10:30 am they said you have to inform us before. No idea on Breakfast timings. 5. Room service not done properly.

Breakfast was included in my booking.. but when asked on reception he said breakfast is not available.. even a water bottle was also not given by hotel.. when asked they said it will be chargeable, whereas other hotels give 1 bottle complementary. There is no board placed by hotel outside.. it was very difficult to find it. I had to waste 10-15 min to identify and pay extra for my transport. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

The rooms were decent n clean.The property is under renovation can't say too much about it.The Ac was not working ,but after complaining the repair was done immediately.

My stay was terrible. The hotel location was very difficult to find, and there was no name board outside the property. The property was under construction, and the room was not clean. They charged extra for everything and didn’t even provide basic amenities like a dental kit or soap. Even the towels were dirty. They charge 30rs for 1 water bottle by saying its not provided in stay. The hotel staff was rude to guests, and the management was completely unorganized. To make things worse, the doorbell rang at 2 or 3 AM for no reason, disturbing my sleep. I stayed there for two days, and my experience was pathetic.

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The amenities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town."
