Fairytale Dreamscape

Very rude and bad behaviour and also from morning 8 am they will keep calling you for checkout reminder

My stay at the fairy-tale dreams-cape was extremely uncomfortable, the place is nothing like the pictures. I paid for a stay of two nights. Everything is dirty, from the sofa, pillows, dinning chairs, curtains, to the bathrooms it looks like it wasn't washed and cleaned for a while, the owner or the pervious guests smoked so much inside the apartment that it smelled like i walked into an ashtray filled with cigarette buds. I am attaching pictures of how dirty the place is. The worst shock came to me when in the morning, a man opened the locked door and came in, and even worse i had just walked out of the bathroom stark naked. How could some one use a spare key and walk into the apartment without even ringing the bell knowing a guest has checked in? and when i complained about the incident, i was told " galti ho jatha hain. And even worse, the owner says, well you are a man, so it's okay for the care taker who is a man to open the door and walk into my personal space and see me naked? my space and dignity holds no value? i had a very long day before i checked into the apartment, after 14 hours of travel and 3 flights i was super tired to move to a different place even though i was disgusted the minute i walked into the apartment, but all i could think off was to sleep. Also i need to flag this place down for not respecting my privacy and disrespecting me by saying it's okay since i am a man.
