The location and exteriors were good. But interiors were terrible. Poor hygiene.. the toilets were not clean. The pillows were dirty. The room had lots of insects. The reception didn’t switch on generator when power went off and asked me to wait for 15 min. The restaurant looked bad and the wash basin was very dirty but the food was delicious and cook was extremely polite.

Not sure why did we even stayed here. The restaurant is a big pain. The service is damn too slow. Not sure why some people mentioned earlier that food was good. It has the same gravy for anything you order. The only thing you can get better is dal and rice that too after a long wait. There is nothing to eat around so we have to depend only on the restaurant which is not good. No facilities for kids. Trampolines have exposed rods which can easily hurt kids on their face. Swimming pool water was not cleaned. Rooms are not well maintained. Lot of bugs at night. Staff is polite but difficult to converse if you don't understand local language. Staff should be trained on many things. Manager not sure if there. Many times we go to resort to have good stay with good food and other facilities. This has none of them. Overall we wasted our time.

The location and landscape are very good. Facilities like food, window, door locks can be improved

Nice place to stay, rooms and food was good too. There was a kids play area too, nice place for a family outing.

Location is excellent food is good amenities are ok services are excellent. Weekends there is rush, you need to serve food fast. Need extra manpower. Need wifi and tv in the rooms. There is fungus in the walls, not hygienic.

The property is well located near the site seeing places but the maintenance needs to be improved. There are only a handful of housekeeping staff which is hindering timely assistance. The rooms need to be well maintained, not even cleaning spider webs isn't acceptable. The intercom wasn't working as well. The stay can be made more engaging by properly maintaining the amenities and having activities like bonfires in the evenings. There are indoor games but they need to be maintained well.

No proper maintenance of rooms,

The location of this resort is very good. The view from the room is very good. As it's raining, there was some water leaking from the celing, and one of the wall was wet. Food was bad - restaurant takes a lot of time to deliver and very few options. We told them that we have a kid, but they still made food spicy.

It was great staying at feriado resort. Service is very good and rooms are very clean. Great play to stay in feriado if anyone plans for boga-ta or near by traveling.

Good resort near to main road but price is too high only for 12hrs but food is not upto the mark service is also poor

The place was nice but no restaurants are available in the resort. We had to go 2kms for food.

Absolutely no maintenance, horrible food service, ac and kettle etc did not work. As promised no fridge in the room also.

Good remarks: 1. Resort has good ambience 2. Lake view is nice from balcony bad remarks: 1. Room fan is noisy and feels like it can fall anytime 2. Restaurant is not fully operated

Most horrible stay of my life. I got fooled by the instagram pics and posts. It's a very sad place. We reached on a saturday at 3pm. Rooms were not ready. We got 2 ppl at reception who were already facing other customers complaint and were not bothering to give us our rooms. They were non chalant to any complaints. They were so unwelcoming. Post 30 mins we got one room and another 15 mins for another room. The first room was so small and neither balcony had any view of godavari as hidden by trees. The roof had no access. Rooms had cobwebs, stained towels. Soap and shampoo dispenser were empty. The phone was not working so we can't call reception. Nothing to eat till a 15 min drive. The place was beautiful but due to humidity being near to a large river made the trip so unpleasant. Nearby bogatha falls was good. Receptionist said it's open till 5. 30pm which was incorrect information as it closes at 5pm. We had to turn back and go back next morning. We checked out as early as we can. Thankfully never to come back again. I wil give a piece of my mind on the inst a posts from now do that others don't get fooled. There are better places to stay like ramappa and laknavaram just nearby

No proper management of property. No support staff for quick response. No restaurant. No quick response of house keeping.

Resort has zero food facilities, no maintenance grass growing like wild forest, risk of snakes. Watch tower broken. Worst part is power was not properly available. Dg back not available since morning 5 am. When spoke to manager, he said no diesel available. Bad experience

Resort is not great. We had to stay only because of near by beautiful waterfalls. Resort doesn't have a restaurant which is basic need. Also the staff is not proactive. No complimentary dinner or breakfast and no music activity.

Pros: 1. Location 2. Room is clean cons: 1. Rooms smelt terrible and maintenance is very bad 2. Food is bought from nearby roadside hotels, food will be nightmare 3. Swimming pool is not as shown in pics(it’s just a tub) 4. Few staff are good and few aren’t
